1 /5 Sean Keady: I am disappointed with my experience at Aspen Dental in Stuart, Florida. From the very first appointment, there were billing discrepancies related to my wifes care. When I raised these concerns, the office attempted to justify charges for services that were not provided.
During a recent call to request her records and X-rays for her new dentist, I discovered an unreturned credit on her account. The office claimed it was due to a "pending" insurance claim, however, I later found out this was inaccurate. The credit was finally returned only after my insistence. Alarmingly, a claim from June 17, 2024, is still unresolved, and an additional credit is expected from that charge.
While the doctors and some staff members were professional and compassionate, which is the reason my wife continued treatment for as long as she did, staff turnover has been a persistent issue at this location.
Unless you are exceptionally diligent with billing or have the time to sift through pages of itemized statements, I would recommend considering other options for your dental care.
