She did a beautiful job and it was greatly appreciated. I love this office and the dentist. I researched many different dentists in the area and I was so impressed on reading the reviews for Dr. Plower and her staff that I called to make my appointment. I can honestly say after my visit they deserve all the wonderful reviews that they received from there Very happy patients. She is a kind, compassionate Dentist who takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers them so you can understand. Erika Siwicki Wonderful staff, wonderful dentist! 10/10. I have 6 kids ages range from 19 months to 11 years old. They have an area for the kids to play in in the waiting room and when they call them back. They let the kiddos pick out a toy at the end of their visit. I changed my insurance for my kids to come here. The assistants in that office are just all FANTASTIC. Dr. Chelsea also is just amazing at what she does. Shes talks very calming to the children and reassures them constantly. Please bring your kids here.

Amber Ingram We love how friendly and accommodating this office is. They were able to get us in for an appointment quickly and are always so amazing. Mara N E My children have been Dr. Garcia’s patients since they where little toddlers. I love the way she treats them, and also the way she listens to parents concerns. All of her team is really nice, and courteous at all times; from front desk to check out desk. Her dental assistants treat the kids respectfully, patiently, explaining the process to keep them informed at all times. They use their instruments really carefully and tenderly. Mary Sayago I had some crowns done in Nov and Dec. They were paid in full, actually overpaid. I requested a refund and as of today have not seen the refund of over $3000. I have asked several times in the last month or more and still no refund. I requested to have an appointment with Dr Alex Planes and was told someone would call me, that was over a week ago and no call yet. Maybe Dr Planes himself would be willing to call me to get this matter settled.

Clinton Custar Great staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Genuinely concerned about you and your dental health. I’ve never recommend a dentist in 40 years, but I absolutely recommend Dr. Planes and all of his staff to anyone apprehensive about going to the dentist.

Cindy Mitrano I was very impressed with my first appointment at Planes Dental. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Once my x-rays were completed I met with the hygienist and the dentist to discuss the best course of treatment. Before scheduling any appointments I was presented with a detailed itemized quote showing what my insurance company would cover and my out of pocket expenses. I felt comfortable scheduling the necessary appointments without any pressure from the staff. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Andre Vendryes Had a cleaning at Vero Dental Spa today. The front desk was welcoming. As usual in less than 5 minutes I was in the chair. Marlene the hygienist deserves a special mention; she was polite, professional, thorough and gentle. Check out was a breeze. This is a well run office.

Bobbi Oconnor I was unable to go to Vero Dental for one year because of insurance coverage. I’m back this year and so happy to be able to have Dr Royal work with me. He’s so patient, kind and supportive. His work is excellent and he knows just what I need. Tori is as sweet as can be and very professional. She’s calming, supportive and very patient. She takes her time when she’s working with you and is excellent also. When you’re happy to go to the dentist, you know you’re in the right place with the right people. I’m so happy to be back at Vero Dental!!!

Jeffrey Lawson I needed to find a dentist in Vero. After speaking multiple times on the phone with Dr Perez Son about the membership I was convinced. He was very nice! I then went there to meet Dr Perez to go over what I needed 2 crowns. She was very good when speaking with her and I decided to schedule the procedure. I proceeded with my first cleaning and the staff and hygienist were good. I then went 1 week later for my procedure. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! I was in the chair for 3hrs .Dr Perez was so rough! She kept stopping and giving me more shots and it was still hurting! My legs were shaking awful experience! I then had to go back and get my new crowns and I was nervous to say the least! Once again the staff was nice but then Dr Perez came in never said hi? Sat down said open your mouth she was so rough once again stretching my mouth like never before,she then dropped 1 of my new crowns which I almost swallowed yelling Dont close your mouth! She is the roughest Dentist I have ever had! Also my 88 yr old mother had gone there and told me how rough she was and would never return.i should have listened to mom!! I will never recommend her to anyone!

Emily Martin Pelican Dental Care was amazing!! We had an emergency situation on a Saturday night on Easter weekend. The after hours office promptly called me back and we were able to get in on Easter Sunday, the next day!!! The office was clean and the staff of Dr. Liliana and Dr. Perez were phenomenal!!! Cannot recommend them enough!!!!

paul browning Very happy with my first visit to the Vero Beach office. Had a need for an emergency visit on a Saturday with a broken tooth that was causing considerable pain and they were able to get me in with very short notice and were very accommodating. Everyone was very professional and very nice, from reception and office manager to the hygienist and dentists they provided top notch care and formulated a detailed plan moving forward. I will definitely be receiving all of my dental care from them going forward. Big thank you to everyone for making my weekend bearable!

Ray Cardona On 4/1 an appointment was made to have a bridge implant reinserted if possible. I sat for over a half hr with a 2pm appointment. Once checked in full scans were performed with a hygienist checking by entire mouth. The results of that exam was with a compliment of good teeth health. The dentist himself was able to attach the bridge with caution that 2 of the 3 screws were secured having left them open for my next follow up visit. Well I paid for this service while scheduling my next visit which i was told required a deep cleaning? This contradicted what the hygienist discovered. The next day I called in regards to the deep cleaning and was told an office mgr would contact me. I called a second time speaking to Carlos and was told the same thing. It is now 4/16, the bridge attachment failed and no one has called back. Trying to call there office three different times resulted in no one answering. I went to a different dentist and received what I had expected. Professional to the point service focused on the issue only. In my opinion Aspen, isnt looking out for my best interest only theres. I do not recommend this outfit for dental work.

Treveno Colley Excellent service. I got a cavity filled and in a few days the tooth was giving me pain. I got a reschedule appointment immediately and the doctor redrilling the tooth. I feel no pain and I am very pleased with the result.

Al Sprouse Everyone, and I mean everyone, that I had contact with were friendly, welcoming, and courteous. Each person introduced themselves, were very professional, and explained what they were about to do and always asked if I had any questions. At the same time, each person was friendly and did their utmost to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I am 77 years old and have never been treated any better by any dental clinic. With the information they provided and explained so well, I left feeling that this was the right place for me to be for my future dental care.

The office staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall the best dentist office I have been to in 10 years. I will be a patient there forever.

Patricia Had a regular cleaning and x-rays. Everything was great with the dental hygienist and doctor, however I paid out-of-pocket. Just wish that they would have offered a better rate considering my entire family goes there.

Dawn Calcagno Dr Garcia is the best dentist out there. People say to not trust dentists, but I would trust him with my life. I came from a dentist many years ago who wanted to do expensive, painful work and Dr. Garcia said it wasn’t necessary and it wasn’t, he was right, my teeth are great! Garcia and his staff are always professional, prompt, and friendly. Also I was recently very scared with a dental emergency over a weekend and he called me right away Saturday morning and addressed my problem. He is so skilled and nice!

Christopher Dietrich Been going here for a couple of years now. By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Never have had to sit around the waiting room. Have had a cavity filled in under ten minutes. The hygienist Addie and Dr Garcia make you feel very comfortable and at ease. Cannot recommend more highly!

Tara Perron I had a new patient appt today for exam and the minute you walk in, Danielle at the front desk is very welcoming, nice and knowledgeable. I then had X-rays and met Dr. Garcia. He’s extremely nice and thorough. He had a plan right away. The dental hygienist Maria was able to fit me in today for a deep cleaning and fluoride treatment. She was gentle and easy with my sensitive mouth. I felt at ease as soon as meeting her. I’ve had really bad experiences in the past and this was the best experience with my teeth thus far. I highly recommend this dental office for any needs you have!

A special word of support for Dr. Josh Heimerdinger who extracted a problem lower jaw tooth on Monday, April 21, 2025. I was granted a same day appointment of my call for which I was grateful! Josh and his assistant Nancy were marvelous and explained the full procedure in detail. Josh is obviously a very talented and technically knowledgable dentist and has a splendid chairside manner! And very importantly, he exhibits a compassionate and empathetic concern for his patient’s comfort and well being! He allowed me several breaks during the difficult procedure which was appreciated. The whole process was relaxed and the result and recovery has been superb! I was impressed with Josh’s courteous phone call next day to check on my recovery! I highly recommend Dr. Josh Heimerdinger and his staff at Ocean Oaks!

He takes pride in his work, does a great job and when something doesnt come out the way he wanted it to, he fixes it, often without charge. Dawn Andrews Ive spent half a lifetime in a dentists chair in an effort to keep my teeth. Years of seizures have guaranteed that I have broken most of them. I had an excellent dentist in Alaska who took care of me for forty years. His work is beginning to need replacement and I have struggled to find a dentist here in Florida. I think Ive lucked out at last with Dr. Knowles! His staff got me in for an emergency fix and everyone was kind and competent. The office is decked out in the latest and greatest equipment. Dr. Knowles made sure I was comfortable, and his bedside manner is beyond reproach. Im scheduled to have more work done and Im excited to be going back.

Leigh Ann Pugh Dr Al-kubaisi and his staff are amazing! He listens to you and does his best to help and keep it painless as possible. I highly recommend him. The staff is very nice and helpful. Dr Stern is an amazing Endodontist! I have had several root canals, and he made the procedure a good experience. He has also helped two of my daughters and did amazing with them. I highly recommend him.

richard f For 24 years I have had periodontal maintenance and sage tried to upsell me to have complete cleaning and in fact wont clean my teeth. I had my last 7 years of history of cleaning (2-3 times per year) and still crickets. The manager, Jessie did not return 3 calls. A new crown was installed and the dentist had a good attitude but the dental hygienist did not even ask me about my use of water pick and flossing. I understand I am new to them but I was not born today. I had moved homes and my teeth had not been cleaned in 7 months but used a water pik nightly - they was no gum bleeding. But still they would not clean my teeth. Lets see what happens. 2/18 update: Sage Dental via the office manager (Jessie) and I spoke and the follow up services will dictate changing this review. Alexis Kirkland My initial appointment was Dr. Pinero was easy breezy and she made everything fun! Diana the hygienist is the sweetest and most comforting person, her humming and thorough cleaning practically put me to sleep while I was in the chair. The staff are super friendly and inviting, I have yet to have any issues or concerns and will continue to come back.

Florence Licata I awoke yesterday morning at 3:30 am with pain coming from the crown on my dental implant, a piece of the ceramic cover had cracked off leaving very sharp edges. Dr Brad Reimer was recommended to me by my chiropractor. I called the office, they took me in that morning. Dr Reiner solved my problem and gave me good, honest, thoughtful recommendations for future care. My experience with corporate owned dental offices on my insurance plan is to recommend what my insurance will cover and not what is in my best interest or to recommend some expensive procedure I may not need. I am a retired health care practitioner with almost 50 years of experience. I can absolutely reccomend Dr Reiner. He is an excellent practitioner who goes to great lengths to explain the problem and meet the needs of the patient. The staff is great, the office centrally located, clean, neat and with a relaxed, invitung atmosphere.

Diana Lockard Dr. Reiner is the best dentist I have ever been too. I have been seeing him for over 10 years. He is kind, compassionate, warm and welcoming. I cannot express how happy you will be with his sincere services.

Kaser Rehabilitative Massage Ok, so I’ve been going here every 3-4months for a little over a year now, and can now confidently say that Geanne is my all-time favorite hygienist. I have a lot of health issues that are normally minimized or ignored, so I’ve avoided dental visits my whole adult life and am now having to make up for lost time. Geanne not only has a calming and friendly personality, but she also takes and references detailed notes! She always has a pillow for my neck injury, numbing gel for my sensitive gums, keeps my teeth from getting too dry, NEVER aggravates my TMJ, AND offers data driven feedback about how I’m improving to keep me motivated between visits. I don’t think I’ll ever describe dental visits as enjoyable, but I no longer dread them when I’m on her schedule.
