Mary Sayago: I had some crowns done in Nov and Dec. They were paid in full, actually overpaid. I requested a refund and as of today have not seen the refund of over $3000. I have asked several times in the last month or more and still no refund. I requested to have an appointment with Dr Alex Planes and was told someone would call me, that was over a week ago and no call yet. Maybe Dr Planes himself would be willing to call me to get this matter settled.
