They take their time as well and do a good job. Clean and spacious environment. Parking isnt great but they cant control that. Can get busy. Appointments are probably strongly suggested.

These people really care about their customers and will get you right. My nails were done by one of the ladies a second time around and she did fantastic! The place is very clean and you can tell all the customers enjoy going there.

5 /5 Stephanie Hong: I’ve become a regular here at Bon Nails. I request John and Mai and they have done my mother in laws and my nails and they never disappoint. John is very careful with my nails as I have extreme anxiety and he makes sure to round out my nails without edges so I don’t pick them. That might be odd for some but his attention to detail keeps me coming back. Mai is detailed and very sweet and gives an excellent footmassage. I get Dip nails and Luxury or Deluxe Pedicures and they never disappoint. The shop is very organized and clean. I usually get in an appointment and don’t have to wait long. They offer a refreshment of waters and sodas. They also have a huge selection of colors dips and gel. I especially love their selection of pedicure spa package scents! Rose currently is my favorite! I went to a different shop I won’t name this morning and was very disappointed, they were crooked, lumpy, shaped wrong, and not ombre like requested, so I needed someone to fix my nails. Bon Nails took on the challenge and saved the day with EXACTLY what I wanted! I will definitely be making them my go to!!!

Hannahs Nails - Panama City amy romero: I swear every nail tech in this salon is the best! Everyone is so consistently good. Hannah’s mom, and Lily both have done an awesome job with my full sets. I am a chronic nail biter, and these sets have last me SO long— 3 weeks+! I love this place so much

Nails So Happy - Panama City Beach Michelle Garrett: The nail services themselves were excellent, but the overall customer service could use significant improvement. My friend and I arrived at 1:30 PM and didn’t leave until 4:00 PM, which felt excessive. My nail technician, Kim, did a great job, and Hep, who polished my toes, was wonderful as well. I appreciated his gentleness, especially given that I have a broken toe. I used a translator app to communicate with me. However, during our entire visit, we were not offered anything to drink. We couldn’t help but notice that when an older white lady came in, she was quickly offered water, and the staff brought her the nail color options. In contrast, we were simply told to “pick a color and have a seat.” I’ll leave it to others to decide whether this place is worth their time and money.

I love going to get my nails done and talking together the whole appointment! Its like having my best friend do my nails.

Serenity Nails & Spa - Panama City Eden Butler: Came here after a massage with my best friend and walked in and was almost immediately able to get a pedicure! Relaxing and the techs are nice. Reasonably priced too. Found my vacation pedicure spot!

Lana Nails - Panama City Gracie Clark: Will absolutely never come back. I showed her two different designs that I wanted she told me she could do them, and then proceeded to tell me she Couldn’t after she had already gotten all of the paint and things ready. All of my nails are different shapes and sizes and none of them are what they’re supposed to be the only good thing about this experience was she took the price down to $35 because she seen how upset I was and how she did not do anything like she was supposed to.

Nail Art & Spa - Panama City Ytearie Stevenson: Joann did my overlay and shaved my natural nail tip off while filling the underneath. When I asked her if my nail tip was gone she lied and said it was still there. My nail before and after I left on my index on my right hand. This broke my heart and I will NEVER trust her again!
