Alexandra Neely This afternoon was my first time visiting Pure Natural, and I was blown away. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, and provided complimentary champagne, pastries, and gift bags for guests during their grand opening weekend. I cannot recommend my technician, Laura, enough. She masterfully designed a set of winter-themed French tips for me, and perfectly recreated my reference picture. Her attention to detail was so impressive, and her kind, personable demeanor was a breath of fresh air. I’m genuinely obsessed with my nails. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

Usually the first thing I look for is if they can do detailed designs. And on my first time coming in they nailed it! Adela Unaldilar I would like to write this review on behalf of my nine year old daughter. She came in with a request for acrylic mails with Christmas details. We came in a half hour before it closed. I have to tell you, the service is impeccable. The nail artist took her time and did the most incredible nail art. I would like to especially thank Gabby, who made this little girl happy as can be with her nail designs. It was not just the nail artist who made the experience memorable. From the time you want in, you are greeted by an incredibly kind gentleman. Many of the nail technicians stopped to say hello. It was such a warm feeling.

So so impressed, especially at the incredible value/price point for the service rendered. *Very* hygienic and clean - pedicure tools came in a brand new sealed bag that looked hospital grade. Rose was so kind, friendly, compassionate about my pain/comfort level. She really took her time with the very tough shellac that was apply to me for my wedding, removing it properly and carefully. Did fantastic with the scrub massage and then cooling minty gel right after. Even did a very nice massage of my legs with *hot stones* - ALL included in the basic pedicure. WOW! Kelsey Marie My 21st birthday is tomorrow so I scurried out of work to make it in time and I was so nervous either the nails wouldn’t turn out right or they would hate me for showing up so last minute, I called on my way there and they were more than happy to schedule me in, Karen did my nails so well, but everyone helped me feel comfortable with doing exactly what i wanted and were so helpful matching the design and color, it was a bit confusing with me not being prepared at all, but they turned out perfect, and the team effort was much appreciated! The vegan gel is SO much lighter and doesn’t strip your nails like regular acrylics, it also lasts significantly longer too. I love how sweet everyone is and they are always looking to accommodate your needs. Upon walking through the door they always offer water, sparkling water, and even a glass of wine if you wish! I couldn’t recommend this place enough—you definitely have to give them a try and see for yourself.

Kamel NY I went there 3 times. The three times was waste of money. 3 powder gels and 1 pedicure. The pedicure came off right 3 hours after I got home and when I complained to them she said that’s why you should do Gel pedicure! Ridiculous Jess did my manicure powder gel 2times and once her husband. When I asked her the last time that I want to do gel manicure instead of powder bcs they are not staying for so long but started to break the first week, she said i will charge you $10 more for removing the old powder that she did, or if I do again powder gel she will not charge me.. so basically I was obligated to “choose” the expensive one so she doesn’t charge me. I was so disappointed and let her do my nails again with powder gel which has been just a week and they are already broke. I don’t even do dishes!! Also all the time she tries to “promote and sell” service which bothers me while I am there. I asked her why it doesn’t last when I am doing powder gel to last, and she said ohh you have to come every week!! Noo I can’t bcs I am paying you $50 plus tip not for every week, otherwise I do simple manicure at home and will last for a week!! I am not coming back Jessi bcs your service doesn’t last even 10 days!!!!

erin menes I’m not impressed by this salon. With a 5 star review I expected a lot more. First, I picked a gold color for my toes. It looks almost clear and makes my toes look a yellowish color like there is fungus. Next, I wanted my nails very short and some of them are still a little longer. There aren’t many colors to choose from. Overall I would not come back to get my nails done here. There are salons with under 5 stars that are better. Also, the scrub massage is my favorite part and he barely took any time to do that as well as massage.

They held up and lasted me 4 weeks. They pay attention to details and ask me if I like the color/shape before proceeding. Highly recommend!

We come every two weeks for our girls day together and we always leave satisfied with our nails, we even post our two week girls nail nails photos online for everyone to see. They are great with custom designs and if we have an issue right then and there with our nails they correct it. I live all the way in Brooksville and drive down to st. Pete every two weeks just to get my nails done here.

Was looking for a really chill place with just a few chairs because I don’t like a loud environment for my pedi experience. And first and foremost, it had to be very clean. So happy to have found Nails on Ninth. Super chill vibe and spotless inside. Ask for Lynn, but they are all good. Wouldn’t take my tootsies anywhere else!

They always have nice little things they do that make it special like warming up the salt scrub and lotions and putting on little sock things to keep the paraffin warmer longer. They spend a lot of time shaping your toenails and removing extra skin around the toenail if needed, which I really appreciate. And the massage is really strong and nice. All together 5 stars for sure. Also the studio is clean and modern and relaxing. Ive gotten my fingernails done there too and also phenomenal.

Destiny Wright I ended up here accidentally, thinking it was owned by the same people who owned it before. I was planning on getting a full set, pedicure and my eye brows waxed. Within the first 30 mins I knew that wasn’t going to happen. The pedicure, was at best worth 40 bucks. The problem I had was the employee didn’t really understand any English. So what I asked for wasn’t what I was getting. I had to keep correcting her and Clarifying what I wanted. She never delivered what I asked for. I wanted a design and she even asked multiple times and I told her what I wanted she just didn’t do it. On top of that I added Parafinn wax to my pedicure and at first she didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to explain, then when she did the wax it was in thank you plastic bags and the wax wasn’t even melted all the way it was already hardened when she put my feet into it. the whole pedicure was silent, no conversation. She did ask if I wanted a water, I declined. When it was time to check out she didn’t know how to use the computer, and she was trying to charge me the wrong amount I had to correct her here too. They need more training.

Tina Pence Linh is the absolute best. You will not find anyone better than her. I have been seeing her for about 8 years to do my acrylic nails and pedicures and she never disappoints. I am always getting compliments on my nails and the design.

Today I got a full set French acrylics with Fawn and it turned out absolutely amazing. As someone who has been getting acrylics done for the 8 years this is the best place I’ve been to for customer service, execution and price! I was very pleased with how fast Fawn worked on my nails, her attention to detail and the final result. I felt feeling super happy and immediately booked another appointment two weeks out. My friend came with me and was scheduled with Xiomari. They both were detailed and kept everything clean and disinfected at all times. Sandy Lear Following some online research into local nail salons, I took my husband to The Nail Garden a few days ago for a pedicure. Im happy to say I chose wisely! Were both getting older, which often means thicker toenails and less overall flexibility, so doing ones own toenails gets difficult. Lets just say his nails were on the long side... Peggy (owner) did his pedicure - and he loved it! The pedi included a foot & calf massage, and he relaxed and enjoyed the entire process. Hes already mentioned that well need to get him scheduled for another pedi in 2 - 3 weeks. In the meantime, its my turn next week! Now I just have to pick a polish color...

P Chulick Peggys pedicures are the best. My feet feel wonderful besides looking great. She has been doing my nails for more years than we want to count. She does a wonderful manicure, pink and white, acrylic , whatever you want she does and it turns out great and you will never be disappointed.

yuval shlush I was forced to leave a 5-star review, but my honest opinion is that this is just another basic nail salon. Before my appointment, I specifically asked if they knew how to do structured gel nails, and they assured me they did. Unfortunately, that wasn’t true. I left the salon in tears because the result was uneven, thick, and poorly shaped. To make matters worse, they initially told me the price would be $55 but ended up charging me $77. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

Nareen If I could them zero stars I would. The girl that did my nails doesn’t seem like she know what she’s doing. I asked her for square square nails, and I got square round. My nails aren’t the same size or shape. I came in to ask for just my right hand done last Thursday. It lifted within a few days and I came back today for it to be. My first experience in there was already wasn’t good, but I was gonna give them the Benefit that maybe it was just a rough day. I came and asked for a fix. She didn’t pre my nails correctly as she should’ve. my nails are shorter than they should be. I’m a mixed Vietnamese American. I can understand them and flat out talking smack. I don’t appreciate it. I’m a paying customer just like everybody else. No need for the extra talk. First comment was make sure she can afford it. I’m a Nail Tech myself And I’m an Ashamed to be on the other side of the chair and feel uncomfortable when someone does my nails know they have smart remarks to make.

Tierney Moses …I have never had such THICK and WIDE nails. They are thicker on one side then the other. Thick at the cuticle, then thin, then thick again at the tip, so lumpy and bumpy with air bubbles. All the length was sanded down to the point where it’s no longer a nail extension. It looks like I have 100 coats of polish on my normal nails. They gel build up goes extremely wide as well. You can see they left gaps in between my actual nail and the gel so dirt can get stuck In between which is gross. She didn’t seem to care or pay attention to detail and nail thickness is insane. Feels like I’m wearing those rubber cat nail protectors on nubby nails. The extra money I paid for chrome didn’t come out chrome. Very disappointing. Expensive for the outcome. Place was packed and looks like nothing gets cleaned. Nail dust everywhere. I feel like I went in for a trim and got a buzz cut then covered in a 3 inch thick bald cap. Do better or charge way less.

Stevie Wuz here Great experience, my nail technicians were so sweet, and they did an EXCELLENT job on my nails. I got an acrylic full set, and a gel pedicure, they both came out very well and the price was very fair. It came out to about $143 after tip, which with the quality of everything, is a VERY good price! She also gave me $7 off, because I had to wait a little bit, which I did not ask her to do. Definitely coming back

Abbigayle Kleinbub I come into Urban Savvy every 4 weeks to get a pedicure. I recently decided to also start getting my nails done. No matter what service you get they always do a fantastic job. Tina did such an excellent job on my nails. I wouldn’t say I left with exactly what I came in for. That is because I walked in without knowing what I wanted. Tina was so patient and helping me design the perfect nail. Even patient for me changing my mind that added more to the design!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience. They listen to what I wanted my nails to look and I got exactly what I asked for. It was very satisfying watching how precise he was not just about the length and shape that I wanted but also about the strength of my nails, to make sure he didn’t over file my nails.
