2 /5 Destiny Wright: I ended up here accidentally, thinking it was owned by the same people who owned it before. I was planning on getting a full set, pedicure and my eye brows waxed. Within the first 30 mins I knew that wasnāt going to happen. The pedicure, was at best worth 40 bucks. The problem I had was the employee didnāt really understand any English. So what I asked for wasnāt what I was getting. I had to keep correcting her and Clarifying what I wanted. She never delivered what I asked for. I wanted a design and she even asked multiple times and I told her what I wanted she just didnāt do it. On top of that I added Parafinn wax to my pedicure and at first she didnāt know what I was talking about. I had to explain, then when she did the wax it was in thank you plastic bags and the wax wasnāt even melted all the way it was already hardened when she put my feet into it. the whole pedicure was silent, no conversation. She did ask if I wanted a water, I declined. When it was time to check out she didnāt know how to use the computer, and she was trying to charge me the wrong amount I had to correct her here too. They need more training.
