I only heard of this place because my sister in law got me a gift card for Mother’s Day. Went there several months later because I have a place I’ve been using for a decade. I made an appointment for another massage the next month. I was sick with the flu at the time of the appointment. They called me. I wanted to reschedule but was charged the full amount of the massage approximately $100… I would have been fine with being charged a fraction, even though it sickness is not my fault… I’m NEVER going back to this establishment
