jada wilson I love this shop! Tom freestyled them like usual, he be doing his big one every time!! They are so funny and always keep you entertained while doing your nails. Highly recommend Andy’s nails, i haven’t went to any other place in tallahassee!

Jenny Lee Love to get nails and eyelashes done here, Ms. Noel did eyelashes so great, natural looking, last long. Tom did my nails look beautiful too. I understand every nails salon the prices are higher after co.vid, not even nails salon,, groceries, gas, phone bill, cable bill, pizza, chicken wings, eggs, supplies,etc..and especially WAGES going up too..everything going up at market. We have no complaint. So, what are you looking for in a nails salon? The good nails salon? the good nail tech do good job or the cheap prices salon, YOU PAY WHAT YOU GET. What is your point? For me,, that was worth my money. I will be back.

Robert Gaines III Gone here a few times and had a good experience. I can get pedicures so I can speak to that from experience. As far as manicures, my wife doesnt complain and work looks good to me. I will forewarn you this is a small establishment, family owned with minimal techs so you may have to wait for a little bit. Other than the wait everything else is good.

R Davis I go here alot. Got me a pedicure with gel color changing polish. I walked in and immediately got attended to. Gina always does a good job. She is attentive to my likes and dislikes. Purple when it is hot and blue when its cold.

Aliyah Watson I have been hunting for a new nail tech and Tommy does a phenomenal job with pedicures. They made sure my nail beds were nice and smooth, my heels are so soft now, my gel polish was laid perfectly even, and the prices are decent. I will be back. Very comfortable environment. I didn’t feel out of place, everyone was nice even the customers.

Samyra Patterson It’s always something when I go here. being charged extra, receiving an attitude, and overall terrible services. they don’t know what they’re doing, especially when it comes to pedicures. I wrote an amount and signed my receipt, guess what they did? added their own tip after I left on my receipt and charged my card. will NEVER be returning and I wouldn’t recommend.

Julian Sanford Lily’s Nails in Tallahassee is my go-to spot—clean, relaxing, and the staff always takes great care of me. They’re super friendly and really good at what they do. Whether it’s a simple mani or something more detailed. My girlfriend and I got pedicures and she got a gel manicure. Action shot with her new nails.

Katie Webb Have had multiple full sets and a couple pedicures here. Staff are anyways welcoming. They are new, but a good salon is a must on this side of town! Worth the price in my opinion for both toes and fingers!

jeanine james My Pedicure wasnt the best... The male technician who did my pedicure and gel manicure failed me today. He couldnt get it right. Kim fixed my nails but when I made it to the car I realized my toes werent polished properly.. what a waste of money.. I didnt have the energy to go back in and this was for my birthday.

Gale Rose I went to have gel nails done on 11/17/23 & it was a pleasant experience. THE NEXT day 4 of 10 nails chipped and I was not working or doing any activity to cause damages. I went back on 11/21/23 (Tuesday) after being out of town over the weekend. Diamond Nails is closed on Mondays. I spoke to the older gentleman who I believe is the owner. He immediately told me I didn’t have my nails done recently! He continued to say that there was no way it was just a few days ago. I showed him my debit online charge to prove date. He continued to say it was not his fault. He was very rude & unprofessional!!! He did not redo the four very chipped areas…he just dabbed gel polish over the spots. He did not talk & continued to be very rude. He spoke to his wife in Vietnamese during his feeble repair attempt. My nail actually chipped within 30 minutes of leaving Diamond Nails. Please don’t use this place!!! Bad attitude & unprofessional behavior. See pictures below.

Jennifer I have been a few times. Nice environment and people but prices for the same manicure due tend to differ at each visit but most of the techs are awesome. I did have one man who rushed and didnt do the best job but again, some techs are better than others.

Ashleigh B. I came here 2 weeks ago when I was visiting in Tallahassee Saturday, 7/20. There was a long wait, but the people working on my feet were nice. Not even a week and a half later my polish was chipping. Ive never had polish come off that quick and I never get gel. My polish stays on my toes for a while. I am extremely disappointed bc I now have to spend more money to get them redone. Smh.

Haydenisse Gonzalez The first time I came here, 2 weeks ago, I got the best service from a younger female tech. I thought this is great I finally found a good nail spot. Today I was serviced by an older woman. She was super rough and hurt me several times on my toes and hands. I instinctively jumped but didnt complain. I came in with dip powder on my nails which is supposed to be completely removed yet she used acrylic to refill my nails saying that it could be done that way. I asked for deep french with blue tips and even showed her a picture. She did one nail perfectly with the thin brush & showed it to me. I said perfect! Then she proceeded to do the rest by making thick blue lines and removing access with acetone. I am so disappointed after spending $75. Its so wrong to be charged so much money and have someone work so sloppy and carelessly. I guess my search for a good salon continues cause I will never be back to this place. I will add photos of what I asked for vs what I got for context. UPDATE: I left there and drove right across the street and happily paid to have this mess removed & get a fresh dip powder overlay. It was worth every penny. Adding a photo of the ombre dip "bubble bath" nails I got across the street at Lavish Nails.

Tarai Alexander I’m new to Tallahassee and decided to try this nail salon. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve gotten a full set and pedicure and always left a tip. I recently called to ask about the price of a fill-in but forgot the total, so I called back the next day to confirm. I was shocked when I was rudely told, “I just told you the price yesterday.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable—especially toward paying customers. I won’t be returning.

Abby Did a walk in to take off my nails on my hand and feet. Ladies were nice, plenty of parking. There was only one lady working so I was left to soak my nails that felt longer than 30 minutes. There was still product left on my nails and nail polish on my toes. Everything was for $25. The place looks not sanitized. I asked the lady if my nails supposed to look like this. Just to buff them out a bit, which she didn’t do at the chair. Only when I complained at check out. She then mentioned how those are my natural nails and how it will grow out. I still feel like there are leftover products on may nails and the day after a piece of extension I believe came off.

Krisia Dhyan Love coming to Tally to get my nails done here! I haven’t been able to find another nail shop as good as them. They’re very nice and attentive to you. They put all of their intentions to do their job well. Last time I came, I did a French pedicure and the gentleman that worked on me did a phenomenal job! I fell asleep sitting on the massage chair while he worked on my feet. The owner does amazing art work, and the other older lady gives you really good foot massages when I’ve done my pedis with her. This time I thought I have to tell it so other local people can come and support their business because I wish I could take them back home to Orlando with me. Tally has the best! They take their time to make sure their work is done right! I high recommend!

My toes are nice and most importantly there was friendly conversations. I felt way better spending my money in this place than the other. They will be Blessed.

She was very professional and did my nails exactly to my liking by building the perfect apex on my nails with the acrylic. Will be coming here more now!!!

Danielle Ardister Katie & Kyle are Great! Nice and quant location, while the salon is a quiet and peaceful place! Katie is also great with acrylic nails, shaping & designs. Never thick & good product so no lifting. While Kyle is great with Pedicures.

Lauren Henderson LaRose is the best spot to get your nails done! Everyone is very talented and they can do so many designs, everyone here is an artist! I highly recommend seeing T. She goes above and beyond - the color I usually like didn’t come in gel so T created the perfect color for me herself! Their cuticle work is fabulous. They have great ventilation too and it always smells nice. 10/10 service, atmosphere, and artistry!

Logan Schober Diane and Harry are amazing! I came in 3 weeks ago and Diane did a full set and they stayed beautiful for 3 full weeks. I got them filled today and they are stunning. Harry did my pedicure and it was the most relaxing pedicure I have ever gotten. I came in with my two kids and my daughter got gel on her nails and it is beautiful too! They have a loyal customer in me. Not what you would expect in a salon in a Walmart. Service and results are better than most high end salons!

Paris Bryant I called to make sure they offered the service I wanted and they did. The place was nice and clean and staff was very friendly. I have always went to the same place for my nails for 10+years and I wanted to find a secondary or new home. Diane was awesome. She was quick and efficient. I wanted to go to coffin shape from square and she shaped them perfectly. So happy with my experience!

I had requested both a pedicure and a manicure. While I understand that a pedicure was not possible due to my size, as explained to me as I was leaving, this does not mean that the manicure was off the table. No alternative or clear communication was provided. Had the situation been addressed with a statement such as, "Due to our priority on safety, we are unable to offer you a pedicure at this time, but we would be happy to provide you with a manicure," this review would not exist. I acknowledge your right to refuse services at your establishment; however, I also reserve the right to share an honest review based on my personal experience.

caroline jetel I have visited this salon a few times now and I just want to say they are the best! So kind and friendly and really take the time to give you just what you want. And very reasonable prices. My gel pedicure has lasted me about 3 months so far and I am still so happy with it. This nail salon is by far the BEST in Tallahassee! Pictured is the dip manicure I had done today that took about 1 hour and 15 minutes & cost $40. Thank you T nails!!

Kathleen Scott One of my favorite nail salons! They are quick and efficient without losing the "Im being pampered" feel. The techs are friendly and quick to recognize repeat clients. Not overly luxurious, but comfortable and clean. And I found my new favorite summer nail color!!

Kamaya Payne Horrible experience, the people in there have the WORST attitude- the person i went with got charged 78$ for a pedicure and a cut/file down on her nails. When i told the lady i didn’t like my nails she caught an attitude and was very rough with me since the beginning. She would smack her teeth and role her eyes at me as well. They are also unsanitary, they use sour smelling rags on your legs and they use a vacuum to get the filing debris off your hand- WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Ashley Bean The young lady that did my nails did an exceptional job. However, the lady at the front desk talked so loudly on her phone, just short of yelling, the entire time I was there. It really ruined it for me. I wont be back.

Amanda K Beca does my nails, and they are CUTE every single time. She takes her time to make sure everything is just right. The blue set is the set she just gave me and theyre my faves. I also have gotten pedicures and polish on my toes and it was amazing. My oldest daughter also gets hers done here (hers are the pink tips) Great atmosphere, never crowded, if my kid comes, theres a nice spot for her to sit and chill. Definitely recommend, you wont be sorry.

Kelsea Holmes This is my 3rd time coming here for pedicures. The pedicures have lasted over a month with absolutely no chipping. The service has always been good. Great customer service and they really scrub your feet. I have gotten the #4 Pedicure which is pure heavenly. The only issue I would say is the pricing isnt consistent. For the same pedicure I have been charged between $70-$80 between 3 different times. I dont mind, but if you have a strict budget you may want to ask about the charges. Other than that, I love it here and will continue to be back. Ive been serviced by 3 different employees, but my favorite is the older gentleman.

Jamina Wusik I got a gel pedicure as I always do. This was my first time here and my last. My toe nails are crooked, and the paint is chipped. Literally it’s been a day. 1 day, I have never smh. I got a kids paint job for my 5 years old which usually lasts a day maybe 2…al the polish is off but I was told while there that They would not fix it if she smudged them. My oldest daughter pedicure basic at best but that’s fine. We were rushed my daughter’s eyebrows are crooked and missing a chunk out of them. My little one has nothing to show for and I have chipped and crooked toes. This is exactly why I stopped going to Mall nail salons, not to mention the woman doing my five-year-old nail polish kept grabbing her hand roughly and turning it in order to paint it just no patience at all and I’m still a good person. I made sure I tipped on top of being $155 but they can keep that business to the people who don’t know any better.

Miranda Smith Im very upset with my experience here. I paid $45 for the nails in the pictures. I felt rushed out to where my nails didnt dry and are now all messed up. Not only that the man made my finger bleed. My fingers were not cared for properly as there is still dried glue on the backs of my fingers, hang nails, and disproportionately sized. I am very angry about this experience and will not go back. I was also charged $2 for not wearing a mask and wasnt told about it until I thought to ask.

Cheryl Witt Guy in charge is bossy. I came with friends for the sole purpose of a relaxing foot soak and massage as we had been on our feet for hours. There were three of us, but only two available attendants. It was a cold and rainy day he refused to let me soak my feel while I waited for him to finish. Finally my friend convinced him and I was able to enjoy a few minutes of bubbles. He massaged my left foot really well and when he shortchanged the right one I asked for a little more. NO! After that I gave up.

My nails are usually 65 and pedicure 35 ok...... So, my daughter and I went recently and he did white powder on my nails ( when I asked for white gel nail polish) and pink powder on my daughter ( when she only wanted French tip) we kept getting a no it wont look right or last long ( when I get gel nail polish all the time and it lasts just like it always does) so now I know why he did that ( MORE MONEY!!! Because he said something about the bills at the salon. Ok ... Moving along, I said how much for my pedicure ( just to see what he would say because its usually $35.00) he said, $45.00 I said no, regular polish, he said no only gel. I said do you have regular polish for toes anymore??!! He said no!!! JUST LIED TO MY FACE! I said well, no thank you!!! SO TODAY, I WENT ELSEWHERE TO GET MY PEDICURE ONLY $30.00 AND IT WAS A MAGICAL EXPERIENCE!!! I LOVE IT!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE BUT I WILL BE GOING BACK TO THE ONE I WENT TO TODAY.... WAY!! CHEAPER AND NOT TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU!!!

Ms. Tinson I visited Hawaiian Nails with a friend who has been going there for a while, expecting a quality experience. Initially, everything seemed fine as only three people were working: the mother, the husband, and the son. The mother was welcoming, which gave me hope, and I picked out the colors for my manicure and pedicure. The older lady did my manicure, and I was satisfied with her work. However, when it came to my pedicure, I immediately noticed that the older gentleman who was assigned to it was rushing through the process. I attempted to guide him on my preferences, but he ignored my requests completely. When I told him I was displeased with the way he was doing the pedicure, I asked the woman who did my manicure if she could take over my pedicure. She spoke to the son, who then asked me if I didn’t like it. I said no which noticeably upset the older man at which point, disrespectfully yanked the plastic protective cover out of the water and then told me to leave. The son, seemingly the only one who could understand my concerns, informed me that the older gentleman was the only person who performed pedicures. Throughout this ordeal, the rudeness of the older man was shocking. I’ve rarely experienced such poor service—especially considering that I view pedicures as a special treat that I seldom indulge in. I take great care of my feet and budget for these moments of pampering. Being told to leave was entirely unacceptable and disheartening. My expectations were not unreasonable; I simply sought a basic level of courtesy and service. Customer service is immensely important to me, and I will not tolerate disrespectful treatment when spending my hard-earned money.

Diana Ramirez I moved to Tallahassee from the Tampa area over a year ago. Since then I have tried so many nail salons in Tallahasse and without a doubt this is the best place. Cathy did my nails exactly the way I wanted and even better. She was very detailed and caring. The work was better than the one I used to get in Tampa. The detail design Cathy added to my nails was beautiful! I found my favorite nail salon. Thank you Cathy you are amazing. Oh, I went back the next day for eye brow wax, again Cathy did an amazing job. Highly recommend Magic Nails with Cathy.

Twyla Sketchley I love Tee and her staff. Kind, sweet, caring. Ive been coming here every 2-3 weeks for more than 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Im hard on my nails and my nails withstand almost anything. They are always beautiful. Tee does fantastic designs for me that always get peoples attention and compliments.

Jenny Ralph I’ve been going here for about 6 years. I get dip nails and feel they are a great value and long lasting (sometimes up to 5 weeks!). Like any place, if you go at peak hours you will have to wait.
