5 /5 Kathy Abreu: Very Classy Place! I love my nail tech Genesis she is on point every time and never disappoints! All the ladies at Nelas salon are talented and amazing! I can honestly say "MY NAIL TECHS ARE BETTER THAN YOURS!"

1 /5 Jay Rivas: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Nela Nails. The service was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. Despite their sign stating non-Spanish speakers should leave, they took advantage of my wife and I, doing her nails in a rushed and careless manner. When we addressed the poor quality and asked for a refund, they refused to accommodate or correct their mistake. No business should treat customers differently based on their background, and this kind of discrimination is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this salon.

1 /5 Grow Setter: I had a terrible experience at Nela Nails. The service was far from professional, and the treatment we received was disappointing. My wife’s nails were done poorly, and when we asked for them to be fixed or for a refund, they were uncooperative and dismissive. It felt like they were taking advantage of us, and the sign at the door telling non-Spanish speakers to leave is simply unacceptable. This kind of behavior is not what you expect from any business. I would not recommend going here based on our experience.

1 /5 KAITLYN PADRON: For nails they do a wonderful job but for pedicures its the worst pedicure ive ever experienced she cut my toes really badly i had told her to stop because it was hurtinggg and she still didnt listen my toe is all cut and it hurts she tried to clean the blood by shoving her nail in the cut and scraping it out after i told her to stop multiple times.

5 /5 Elina Lombardo: I never write reviews, but this place forsure should have one from me. Im terrible picky when its about my nails, and I was so dissapointed when I moved to the area and every each salon was bad. Nails were weirdly curvy or gel was peeling off next day, or rude technicians who dont want to put any effort in their job. When I came across this salon at first I was suprised how clean and nice it is, everything is branded and even tools are brand new and sorted through. Any design you can imagine - they can do it. Exactly the same what youve showed on a picture or explained. Ive been there twice and my nails look amazing!!! I had so many compliments, every nail is perfectly shaped, straight, not curvy , without any weird bumps. Design is gorgeous. Not even one nail got broken and I had the first set for a month! My technician ( I got same girl twice) was really nice, compared every nail and made sure they are all looking perfect. I cant believe I found a perfect spot and from now on and I wont go anywhere else. Also if compare prices with other salons they are pretty cheap for the quality and service they deliver! I highly recomment this place, even though I dont speak any Spanish I still find ways to talk to them, make appointments and explain what I want. Highly recommend !!!
