Amy Reeder I was able to get in last minute on a Saturday and am forever grateful! Ashton communicated the whole time throughout my blowout and cut! She was super friendly and made me look fabulous lol! Will definitely be seeing her again!

Mel H My daughter has been growing her hair since 2020 to donate to locks of love. I scheduled her appointment with Ashton. This was our first time coming to this Salon and our experience was wonderful. My daughter had previously had a bad experience with a stylist in Georgia who butchered her hair. Ashton made sure she knew everything that was going to happen ahead of time, made no cuts without verifying with my daughter first and making sure she was completely comfortable. My daughter opted for a partial highlight and the results are beautiful. We walked out with 16” of hair to donate and my daughtef still has beautiful medium length hair with sun kissed blonde accents. Ashton was really amazing and I appreciate her kindness and skill. The salon is great for people who are sensitive to fragrances. The first thing I noticed walking in is it did not have a smell or artificial fragrance, chemicals or perfume. Most salons smell like Ulta (overwhelming) but we were breathing easy at shabby to chic. I also really liked that they had clean options for their shampoos and and Ashton knew the EWG rating of products which I believe is incredibly important to people who are sensitive to chemicals or have auto immune conditions that can be triggered by certain chemical compounds. Highly recommend Ashton and Shabby to Chic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

erica truccolo My special needs two year old had a great time having his first salon haircut here! All the ladies were attentive and super sweet with him. He was so happy he was even dancing while leaving the shop.

Evie Reid I went here twice. The first stylist was very through and while it took a long time the color was good. $120 …. Pricey but she did a good job so I rebooked. About 30 days before my next appointment, I was notified that stylus was no longer with them, and that my new stylist would be and they gave me her name and reschedule the appointment. I kept the appointment for a Roots only touchup and this girl was a hot mess. It’s still cost me $110, and not only wore my roots done my ear was colored my forehead was colored my shoulders were colored . She did to prevent my skin from being stained, and she did nothing to clean it up just told me to apply lotion for a couple of days it should wear off. Needless to say, I will never go back to this salon.

Elizabeth Redden called and asked for highlights for my daughter and myself. my daughter has very long, curly and thick hair. they tried pulling it through a cap. when i asked if they had foils I got a very stern No! The stylist was about half way done pulling my daughters hair through the cap when she said she messed up and had to start over. then looked at me and said it would be $300 to foil her hair. my first thought is they just said they dont foil it and then it turned into they can foil but for $300.. I paid for the cuts and left They didnt want to do it and I wish they would have just been honest instead of being rude and wasting our time. Luckily I have an appt with someone else for a fraction of the price. I absolutely do NOT recommend this salon if you have thick and curly hair.

Kim sumner Owner of VIP can do a good job with foil hair color. Shes done mine twice. Be careful though that u dont make an appt around lunch time & shes hungry. She knew what I wanted, but put a brown dye on me. Cost me $60 and I had to have color re done. I wont go back.

Jan S. Full service salon! Everyone there has 30+ years experience. There are 2 stylists, a barber and an American nail tech. The stylists are very experienced & talented. I wont ever need to look for another salon. The nail tech does these amazing butter pedicures thatll make you forget about water pedicures. Salon VIP doesnt charge through the nose for services, and they throw in the laughs for free!

W. Moore Best hair cut I have had in years. The staff is very friendly, and know what they are doing. They have years of experience, and it shows. Call and set up an appointment and you will not be disappointed.

Kaylee Christian My daughter asked for a cut and style (dry & curl) was told no and charged $30 for a crappy cut. She cried when she got home. Horrible customer service, the staff looks miserable.

Bob Wood Ive been there twice, two different hair cutters and both were, as my wife says, the best hair cuts I have had done.

Lisa Brooks The prices here are far too high for the quality of service provided. Most people choose Great Clips to save money, understanding that the results might not be perfect. However, their prices have become unreasonable, and they’ve even reduced their military discount. I’m not willing to pay $45 for “long hair” plus a tip for a subpar haircut.

Rhonda Daugette Never let the guy there cut your hair ladies. My hair dont grow fast and when it does its thin. Took me 8 months to finally get my hair to my shoulders and this guy just chops away. Showed him a puc I want a LONG bang asymmetrical pixie and I got a mans haircut. Now that I look like a man I get to wait 8 more months to grow it out again and maybe find someone who knows how to cut hair. He belongs in a barber shop not cutting womens hair. If you cant do something just admit it and get someone else to do it or tell me to go somewhere else.
