About 30 days before my next appointment, I was notified that stylus was no longer with them, and that my new stylist would be and they gave me her name and reschedule the appointment. I kept the appointment for a Roots only touchup and this girl was a hot mess. It’s still cost me $110, and not only wore my roots done my ear was colored my forehead was colored my shoulders were colored . She did to prevent my skin from being stained, and she did nothing to clean it up just told me to apply lotion for a couple of days it should wear off. Needless to say, I will never go back to this salon.
