Alison Dixon Just got a call from this office today. My 16 yr old son had an appointment Monday, April 28 at Perry Family Dental. THIS MONDAY. The rep said she was calling to get him on "their" schedule, but they dont take our insurance. Wow. Just wow. Horrible way to handle. Ive called Madison Dental, and they gladly take our coverage but because of the recent changes in THIS office, they are scheduling into DECEMBER! Thanks a lot! Obviously this isnt about dental health. Its about $$$ and eliminating the competition!

Leann Reagin Natalie, the receptionist at this location is the sweetest! She was so helpful to get my husbands mother her prescriptions situated. Very professional and courteous. She has treated patients with respect and dignity and my husband, Ion SO appreciates it! (We both do!)

Alison Dixon Update: The nurse Patty (who is always great, too) called me and confirmed it had been resent. Hopefully the drug store will fill it timely. Ill start by saying Terri, the NP is great. The issue here is that they overload her so badly that she cannot do the parts of the practice that dont involve seeing patients, like refilling meds. My husband is out of an important med and we started a week ago trying to refill it because its also one thats hard to get. Apparently, the "Escript" was sent by her 11/27, but "failed". No one followed up, so here we are on 12/3 and fighting to get her to resend. Front office rep got snarky because I was pushing to get it done! Really? She basically told me that it would be done "when shes finished seeing patients" today! Id really like the owner of this practice to call me. If it werent for Terri, wed leave!

SuMay Williams If I could give 0 then 0 it would be. 08-28-23 I got off work early, drove from Monticello to Perry for a 2:30 dentist appointment. Got backed up in traffic and realized I would be a LITTLE late so I called the office informing them that I was on the way & would be a little late (7-8 mins)due to road construction. I was told I would be ok as long as I wasn’t 10 minutes late. I made it there 2:38. Jumped out, RAN inside, it’s now 2:39( I left my BABY in the car with my adult sister so I could hurry & check in).I get to the window and an old lady name Laura is sitting at the window on the phone and doesn’t acknowledge me so a younger lady walks up behind her and acknowledges me.I look at my phone and tells her “it’s 2:39, I called to say I would be a little late and was told as long as I wasn’t 10 mins late I could still be seen” the young lady said” oh ok that was me you spoke with, you’re fine” So I tells her that I just wanted to check in IN TIME and that I would be right back.. I needed to get my baby out the car.. again she said ok that’s fine … BUT once I come back ..the OLD lady “Laura” with the glasses and scraggly hair very RUDELY says” oh we can’t see you “ I politely asked “why”? Laura said “oh you were 10 minutes late WHEN I LAID EYES ON YOU and I called the back and they said we can’t see you “I ALMOST SNAPPED.. BUT GOD because 1st of all it doesn’t matter WHAT time you laid eyes on me .. I was there in time and had already been acknowledged by SOMEONE else .. it literally took everything in me not to disrespect that old lady .. the way her attitude was set up I’m assuming she’s prejudice!!! Worst business establishment I have EVER visited!! I just wanted to get my teeth examined!! To HELL with NORTH FLORIDA DENTAL IN PERRY, FLORIDA!!!

Katen Dirty glove experience numerous times. Asked asst to put on clean ones after she was touching everything and wanting to put them in my mouth! DR FAY? Did the same thing. They said,she does not work there any longer? The mold fit perfect. The new dentures big and sloppy! The 1st ones the teeth to small. Was told 4 visits not months!! Dont even bother go to Beachton.

Nancy Hendler Drove almost 2 hours to get there. Most likely not going to return. First, they refused to allow my Registered Service Dog in. Next, I had an appointment at 2, didnt leave until after 4 and all they did was 1 full mouth x-ray. They are not very organized. Should have suggested I have my x-rays transferred instead of having to sit and wait for them while I was there. Then I had to wait on the Dentist to look in my mouth. At the end, was given an estimate of what everything would cost. Even though my insurance pays 100% and I never have a copay, they expect me to pay the difference between what they charge and what insurance allows. Why dont they tell you this before you waste so much time??? Ive never had to pay for a covered expense so Im definitely not returning! Thanks for wasting my day. I lost a days pay that I cant afford. Definitely dont recommend this practice!
