Whether by phone or in person, everyone is kind and helpful from the moment you book your appointment to the time you check out. Although the initial consultation is free, it was very thorough, and Dr. Rodriguez explained his plan of care and answered all our questions. My son was very anxious when we came back to have his braces placed, but Sophie took the time to explain the whole process while she was working on him, making sure he was ok before moving on to the next step. This was very important to me since my son is on the spectrum and can get very anxious with dental work. Not only did she make him feel comfortable, he left smiling! The whole staff goes above and beyond to make sure patients have a positive experience. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Alan Wallcraft The dentists and hygienists switched to using LED headlamps more than a year ago, but on a recent visit to fit a crown the dental assistant went back to using the old overhead light on an arm. The headlamps are a big improvement. In general I find the office has a modern, professional, vibe which I find reassuring. Highly recommended.

Emilie Buckmaster They got me in so quickly for emergency work! Got all my X-rays and exam taken care of the day I called, and had the majority of my dental work done in less than a week. Aya did my X-rays and cleaning. She was wonderful! She fully explained every thing she was doing and checked in with me frequently to make sure I was OK throughout the process. She provided me with some great tips about how to improve my oral care. She was very thorough and detail oriented. Renee Howard Grateful for Aspen Dental for working me in! I’ve been with them since 2021, and I truly appreciate that they’re in-network with my Humana PPO. The staff was efficient, courteous, and so understanding. I came in with an impacted wisdom tooth, swollen lymph nodes, cheeks, and gums, honestly, I was in tears from the pain. I’d been taking ibuprofen for 5 days just to manage until my original appointment on the 15th. Thankfully, they got me scheduled to walk in much sooner. So thankful!

A Williams I went into the office looking for a good dentist and professional staff as a new patient after a horrible experience at a previous dental office. I was not disappointed! The staff was very warm and professional from reception to checkout. The dentist is very much about the business of properly treating and caring for her patients, as is her team. They explained everything in detail that is an issue and shared our plan of treatment to include options. I felt a sense of being in the right place knowing that a team effort is shared. At the end of my visit all options discussed with the team were fully explained and shared for future treatment and care to include my out of pocket cost. Suliman Ayad An actual scam office. They were rude, dismissive, and fraudulent throughout. They tried to stick me with some nonsense preventative periodontal treatment claiming I had “pre gingivitis” I went to a different dentist that has confirmed this is nonsense and a scam. THEY HAVE NO DENTISTS IN THE BUILDING. VIRTUAL DENTISTRY ONLY. Insurance wouldn’t cover all of the services they stuck me with that I didn’t ask for so I had to pay 45 dollars out of pocket. I RECEIVED NO CLEANING IN OFFICE. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. I have so many more choice words I have for this sham corporation but I want the review to stay up. I tried disputing my bill and was repeatedly routes through Indian call centers. 0 stars worst place ever.

Faye Fennell My first visit was great. Every employee involved made me feel comfortable from the moment I entered the office. Each step was explained in detail and the quotes for services were in writing and very detailed. My questions were answered without feeling intimidating. I will have more visits in the future and would recommend this office to others.

Archers Art Truly 1 star is far too much. That star solely goes to the dental assistant who helped me initially. After repeated visits to fix a cracked tooth they continuously failed to identify a trauma fractured on the tooth. Only after going to a different dentist in Georgia was I able to get my tooth fixed. I repeatedly had to take time off work only for them to be continuously late to the appointment. They then failed to correctly properly bill my insurance and continued to harass me via email. When asking for clarification as to why I was being charged certain bills the woman on the phone abruptly hung up on me. By far this is the most unprofessional dental environment. A complete scam. They will not answer any questions and anything beyond a tooth cleaning is too complex for this facility to handle. I wish I had read the other reviews warning me of this place, save yourself time and money and go anywhere else.

Topher Sherman Garbage office. I liked the dentist and hygienists here, but the communication is horrendous. In 3 years, I’ve never once gotten a call back when I’ve had questions. Appointments often take hours and hours because they overbook. Then today, I show up to an 8:30am filling appointment, to be told suddenly that they don’t take my insurance anymore. Said I was supposed to have gotten a letter, which I absolutely did not. They sure did call me a few weeks ago to reschedule my original appointment to today. Nobody bothered to say by the way, we don’t take your insurance anymore. I had this appointment scheduled months ago, now I have to search for a new dentist and likely wait months yet again to start all over, probably pay for a whole new set of X-rays and who knows what else, and pray the cavities don’t get worse. After 3 years as a patient here, thanks for treating me like my time, money and the health of my teeth don’t matter at all.

Even though Im uncomfortable with my appearance as far as my teeth is concerned, THEY have never made me feel uncomfortable or like Im being judged. They make me feel like they really WANT to help improve my situation. Yes, it is their job to do so and yes they are getting paid but they make me feel like I am more than just a patient . Cody Howard The dental care itself is excellent and the staff are courteous and professional. However, my overall experience has been remarkably frustrating due to operational inefficiency and ineptitude - to the effect that I have had to take my business elsewhere. Despite my initial confidence in the practice, I encountered repeated scheduling errors, mishandled insurance details, and duplicate patient profiles that created confusion and delays. These process failures directly contributed to a worsening of an existing condition to the effect that the necessary procedure will now be far more expensive (and unpleasant). This was an avoidable difficulty and complication. It is disappointing to see such great opportunity and clinical talent torpedoed by administrative disarray. I hoped to remain a patient here, but the lack of reliable patient care process renders that untenable. I hope you all have better luck in the future.

Rasha Maswadeh If there was a million stars I will give this place. I took my mom for some dental work. The place is warm welcoming friendly and professional staff. They were extra patient with my mom bc of her age. Dr Guzman came in and was very professional and most important very humble. The team of nurses work together so swiftly and communicate with ease. I take my mom to many Dr visits by far this has been the best Dr experience from staff and Dr Guzman.

Torreya Tripp My first experience with First care dental was great. I called with a dental emergency, they were able to fit me in that day. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The dental tech taking my X-rays was kind and gentle. The doctor took the time to talk with me and did a thorough evaluation. He clearly explained everything with me, did not belittle me or scold me for not taking better care of my teeth. He gave me a prodigy list in my treatment plan. Gave me options along with what he thought would be best.

jeanine james I have been a long time customer of Apalachee Bay Dental for about 20 years give or take ever since Dr.Evans first location off of John Knox. One thing constant in life is change so after Dr. Evans retirement Dr. Grooters took over. He has been a great addition; seems kind. I am happy that even with all the changes over the years Amy is still there. She has cleaned my teeth through all of the changes which makes me feel better she is there. The new location is really nice and the customer service of the front receptionist is very welcoming I love her attitude.

Patricia Golden I recently had my first checkup for my Invisalign treatment and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Given the significant investment I’ve made in this treatment, I expected more than just receiving my new trays. There was no thorough check-in; no one asked if I was experiencing any issues, nor did anyone inspect my mouth to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. I was simply handed the trays and asked to place them in. For the amount of money Im paying, I expect a more comprehensive and attentive service.

Jean Seifert Billing issues are an unbearable NIGHTMARE. Read BBB reviews and believe them. I thought it was bad enough they had me pay $449, way more than my portion for a crown under the terms of the insurance, but then they sent me an additional bill for $60. Finally got to talk to the office manager, who saw I had paid my share and did an adjustment for the $60.00. Now I have received a bill for $282!!! The office manager contends that was additional money owed by the insurance company but they apparently must have denied it because it wasnt paid, so its my responsibility. They have a contract with Delta Dental and they need to honor it.

Jiping Wang They charged me for 2161.35 for the deep cleaning and the trace but I never received anything for the trace. I was really angry for this and finally realized that I was deceived because my insurance plan never worked. The attitude is also very bad.

Jeanette Johnson Forster Well let me say first that the entire staff was exceptional! Constantly making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. They really treated me fantastic even though I had let my teeth decay terribly. I was really embarrassed. But the nurse (dental assistant) told me it’s fine and together we are going to get through this. I really was pleased with how quickly they were able to remove 8 very damaged teeth. Right now I’m in quite a bit of pain but such is to be expected. I go back in one week to get stitches out and possibly an adjustment for comfort! Thanks again y’all I’m hoping for healing to come quickly so we can move forward with my smile! I’d recommend your office without a doubt! Thanks again.

Sherrie I am very satisfied with my experience with Affordable Dentures. The Staff is very nice and service is great. I had impressions made on Wednesday and picked up my denture on Thursday. It’s the best fitting denture I ever had. It fits like a glove and is so lightweight and snug, I forget I have it. It feels like I got my real teeth back.

Antunette Burke Forgot to review last year or the year before. I had an amazing experience removing my 4 wisdom teeth. Can’t really remember anyone besides the dentist, I was put under anesthesia for the procedure. It took about an hour and a half. Overall, they took really great care of me with the proper follow up aftercare. I was eating normally after two days but everyone’s different. Thank you guys!

Stephanie Weems The location was easy to find. It was very clean and tidy. It was extremely cold but they offered a blank once I was in the chair. The equipment appeared to be up to date and in working function. The staff, from front to back, top tier! They were very accommodating with scheduling new patients (me and 2 family members). My only regret was not remember the names of staff members I came in contact with. I wasn’t tired, but I almost fell asleep while the hygienist was working.
