1 /5 Andrew: Tim shaw agency was fantastic. It was 5 stars. I could always go in and get help on anything in person. Through tim shaw ins. I had 2 different flood insurances and car insurance. Since acentria took over, its near impossible to get ahold of them. I recently found out that my flood insurance has been overcharging me for the last 8 years at least. I have emailed acentria and left a voicemail on friday. Today is tuesday. And have heard nothing from them. I called the front office and this woman transferred me to a line that went directly to voicemail. I left a voicemail. And about an hour later called back to see if she can transfer me to another person. And she says you just have to wait. I said ive been waiting since last friday. I was upset. That i can never get ahold of anyone in this company. I told her you dont understand how important this is. (She said here at acentria every customer is important). Hartford told me they can reimburse the money ive lost. But i need accentria to send them paperwork showing im primary owner.
