5 /5 Sorada Gatrgrl: I wanted to let management or owners know that we had a wonderful experience in your store today. The sales lady was so nice and helpful on Sunday. She took the time to find the perfect hat for me and located several variety from the back room for me to choose from. My husband also purchased a beautiful Irish Wool Zipped Up sweater as well. She helped us located the perfect size for him and give a very detailed instructions on its care. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but I wanted to acknowledge her professionalism and her kind assistance. I will come back to this great quality store again and will share this little gem of a shop to our friends and family.

I ordered a backpack that was imported and Jaqueline did everything in her power to get me the one I wanted. She kept me updated and even offered a refund. She was so patient with my request . Very professional. Next time I ordered online from California but next time Im in Florida Im definitely stopping by.

Kendra Johns: This store is lovely and clean and Ive purchased items from here before and been very satisfied, but this post is a special mention to Hannah Grace (I hope I remembered her name correctly), who saved me from having a lost teen two weeks ago. My daughter and I switched phones and then parted ways so I could take her brother on a ride she wasnt interested in and after doing so I realized I didnt know her phone code and couldnt unlock it to be able to find her in the park afterwards. All I knew was that it was a number affiliated with her favourite book that was repeated by the main character throughout the series. Desperately I approached Hannah and told her my weird problem and she sprang into action, going to the back for a moment so she could search for the number repeated in the book series I mentioned and boom, we got into my daughters phone so I could reach out to her before panic and chaos ensued. Ill be forever grateful to Hannah for being so professional, so courteous and so kind to go out of her way to help me with something so unconventional.
