I also had them put a larger Bale on my Jesus Pendant that I had from 1977 to fit my bigger Rope Chain. Just didnt want to give these items to anyone due to how much they mean to me but after reviewing many Jewelry repair stores in the area I chose them due to the many positive reviews. What a pleasurable experience!!!! Mr. Hernandez took my ring and fixed it on the spot. In addition, he buffed and cleaned it. And when I asked how much… he said nothing! My husband left a tip and they didn’t even want to take it. This place is amazing. Customer service is on point along with quality assurance!!! Thank you again FH Jewelers❤️
