She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. I am so thankful to her. While I was waiting I looked at such beautiful pieces of jewelry. The next time I buy fine jewelry Allen’s will be the only place I consider. 5 /5 Janice Neu: Mary Ann and Macy were amazing, they helped us so much to get the perfect rings for our wedding! We had to special order the size and we were worried that it wouldn’t make it in time (less than 2 weeks), Allen’s Jewelers came through and made sure that the rings were there for the special day. I can’t thank them enough! I was also able to get gifts for my wedding party there it was a great one-stop shop!

I showed Dennis two photos of a ring that I thought my girlfriend would like and he crafted every intricate detail to create an even better ring. All along the way, his communication was wonderful. He provided renderings while he worked and did not hesitate to order a second stone when I didn’t love the first. I’ve also bought earrings and replaced a watch battery at Allen’s. They are the BEST!

5 /5 Cheryl Ranalletta: I took a ring in for repair because the pearl fell out of the setting. The store employees were welcoming and quoted me a fair price. The repair was completed sooner than the stated two week time period, and the stone was reset more securely than how it was originally. While in the store, I browsed the display cases and Allen Jewelers has a nice selection of items.

Tarkea Shuman: This was such an unpleasant, rude, unprofessional experience. I went in store to look at the sales after not seeing what I wanted online. As I walking in the store I was not greeted but everyone employee was helping other customers so that’s fine. I walked around the store looking for the rings. After finding them I stand in front of the counter that has charms on the left rights in the middle and bracelets on the left. As I stand looking at the rings a customer is talking to an employee behind the counter comes over REACH OVER ME and points to the brackets she wants. Not once did the RUDE customer or employee say excuse me. I was not moving since I was there first and have every right to be there just like that RUDE customer. The customer reach over me again and her hairy arm brushed against me not once did she say excuse me. Finally the employee said “sorry we are looking at the clearance bracelets.” This was the worst experience ever. I am considering returning the ring I purchased online because I’m disappointed in the company as a whole. I went to the store at 4:00pm on July 1st. The employee was a young lady I believe with short hair please tell her how she should have handled this better. If I could give 0 stars I would. They both are lucky I was holding my tongue or else I would have had some unkind words for both the employee and the hairy armed customer. Do better

Ramia Williams: We overpaid. $1400 for 8 on 8 just for it to not even be 10k ! Tried to sell it to get a new one and they tested it right in front of me its not 14k not even 10k must be 8. Wish we can come get some of our money back at least this ridiculous. Do not go here if you plan on investing in jewelry this is a bad investment. I will not be going back here.

A lot of crystal stores I’ve been to offer tumbled, polished, and sometimes fake crystals. There is nothing wrong with tumbled and polished crystals however I love a crystal shop with variety. This is the place. I’ve gotten so many beautiful crystals and statement pieces here. The service is impeccable and I’m always helped. Fantastic place with fantastic crystals. My favorites I’ve gotten from here are Grape Agate and Pink Amethyst. It is a little pricey but hey! High quality crystals. I will be back.
