Rena Howell I visited Mandarin Jewelry based on some prior google reviews and the location was a convenient for me. I needed a ring downsized that was purchased on a recent cruise. I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable! I am more than pleased and highly recommend Gary and Vicci Capraro to anyone who needs any jewelry work or for anyone looking for a beautiful piece.

Arthur Meusel Dropped off omega seamaster for new battery , returned to pick up and asked about pressure testing for water resistance, she said no way and no guarantee, and no one in town that does... not true.... Caution if you plan to use your watch as intended, be careful! Removed new battery, did not charge me.Took to another off ss blvd, for proper replacement and testing. Much more expensive but a proper repair.

Ramia Williams We overpaid. $1400 for 8 on 8 just for it to not even be 10k ! Tried to sell it to get a new one and they tested it right in front of me its not 14k not even 10k must be 8. Wish we can come get some of our money back at least this ridiculous. Do not go here if you plan on investing in jewelry this is a bad investment. I will not be going back here.

Kathleen McLean I am so impressed with Allen’s Jewelers I need to express my gratitude. Mary Ann took the knot out of the chain of a necklace for me. She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. I am so thankful to her. While I was waiting I looked at such beautiful pieces of jewelry. The next time I buy fine jewelry Allen’s will be the only place I consider.
