1 /5 Tarkea Shuman: This was such an unpleasant, rude, unprofessional experience. I went in store to look at the sales after not seeing what I wanted online. As I walking in the store I was not greeted but everyone employee was helping other customers so that’s fine. I walked around the store looking for the rings. After finding them I stand in front of the counter that has charms on the left rights in the middle and bracelets on the left. As I stand looking at the rings a customer is talking to an employee behind the counter comes over REACH OVER ME and points to the brackets she wants. Not once did the RUDE customer or employee say excuse me. I was not moving since I was there first and have every right to be there just like that RUDE customer. The customer reach over me again and her hairy arm brushed against me not once did she say excuse me. Finally the employee said “sorry we are looking at the clearance bracelets.” This was the worst experience ever. I am considering returning the ring I purchased online because I’m disappointed in the company as a whole. I went to the store at 4:00pm on July 1st. The employee was a young lady I believe with short hair please tell her how she should have handled this better. If I could give 0 stars I would. They both are lucky I was holding my tongue or else I would have had some unkind words for both the employee and the hairy armed customer. Do better
