5 /5 Louie Day1: Was truckin through i10 westbound and decided to stop here for a quick workout and was glad I did. Insane the variety of powerlifting/strongman equipment there is all top-shelf power gear, racks, weights you name it. Everything was clean and organized, only thing I’m bent about is this ain’t my home base.

5 /5 Britany Kerr: Justin the manager is the absolute best. He is welcoming, patient & will remember your name. Wonderful gym, very clean & new equipment. Tons of perks to appreciate when you sign up for 24mo. Zumba is also amazing & 4x/week!

5 /5 Courtney Murphy: A high quality in gym in Milton! All of their equipment is new and of higher quality, including an intuitive treadmill (assault runner). Their trainers are awesome! Zach and Marita are both very skilled in what they do and understand the individual needs of the client. The classes are non-judgemental and people are very friendly in helping out newcomings. Ive been a member of Asphalt Green, The Monterey, and 92Y in NYC. This Anytime Fitness has better equipment than all of them. :)

5 /5 Alexa Alvarez: I absolutely love training at Anytime Fitness in Milton! The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes working out so much fun. I have to give a special shoutout to Sydney—she’s an amazing trainer! She really listens and meets you where you’re at, both physically and mentally, to help you reach your fitness goals. Her support and encouragement have made such a difference in my progress. Highly recommend this gym and especially working with Sydney if youre looking for someone who genuinely cares and pushes you in the best way!

The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. I especially want to shout out Marita—shes been an incredible trainer to work with. Her energy, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping you succeed stand out. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her.
