1 /5 Matthew Rogoff: An awful experience. I brought my watch in for a simple battery repair. The employee said they could not open the face in store and would need to send it out to get the work done. No problem, they told me it would take a few days.
It took 6 weeks. When I was finally able to pick it up, the repair had not been done. To make matters worse, the hands to the watch were completely broken off.
To be fair, this watch has had issue with the hands coming lose. I don’t blame them for this. But to simply refuse to do the work, not inform the customer, and to provide it in a worse condition 5 WEEKS later than estimated, is embarrassing.
To make matters worse, the employee was unable to communicate with me and no supervisor was available to explain what had actually happened or why it took so long to do nothing.
If you have to repair your jewelry, I warn you to never use this store!
