When you visit in person, the service does not live up to what they advertise: the staff is distant, unhelpful, and far from the professional treatment they promote. It’s honestly disappointing, as the high expectations created by their marketing are not reflected in the real experience.

Ricebox Mazda: I ordered a 6mm Miami Cuban Link 14k Solid Bracelet from DJI May 21,2025. As it was make to order I was informed it would be “7-8 weeks for production.” Fine by all means. As we neared the 7 week mark I gave the shop a call as I was eager to get my bracelet. They told me it wasn’t done quite yet. It would be done the following week. Fast forward to the following week, July 15 now. Gave them a call, said they were still working on the lock. Expected to be finished the next week. Now, July 25 gave the shop another call and was told they had to remake the lock it’d be done the next week. Which is fine, I would rather good quality than to have the product rushed. I proceed to follow up the next week as that was the expectation they set. 10 weeks now. They said it would for sure be done the next week they were still working on the lock. 2 weeks later I call because at this point I have still not heard anything back. Aug 14th, they said the piece was almost done. It would be finished up the following Tuesday ( Aug 19) and ship that day. The piece did ship that next day and arrived next day to my local FedEx facility. They hold the package there until you come in with ID. At least in my experience they did. The piece looks fantastic. The lock is tactile and sturdy, links are tight I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship. However, total build time from them to my hands was 13 weeks. I would have felt a lot better if the customer service was more tentative to giving follow ups rather than me having to call in or just sit and wait in the dark. Seems like the same person handles incoming calls regarding order status. Maybe would want to start there DJI. I would do business with them many times over as the quality and integrity is unmatched. Just expect to wait a little bit longer than expected.
