The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and helping me to find the perfect piece. The selection of jewelry was impressive, with a wide range of styles to choose from. The store itself had beautiful ambience and was very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. Five stars!

1 /5 Rae F: To start off, customer service is TERRIBLE. They sold me a CRACKED one carat diamond engagement ring.. Their suggestion to “make it better” was to try to charge us MORE for another diamond, charge us more for an entire other ring that I DID not want. I wanted my ring. I have not even had the ring a MONTH. My fiancé bought it day or so before mothers day. I was proposed to in JUNE and 3 days after receiving my ring I notice a large crack with a chip missing out of it. Even had it examined by another jeweler, and they confirmed there is NO WAY we or I would have damaged the diamond. Because the band has 0 damage. 0 scratch’s. I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star because of how RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and outright DISTASTEFUL THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND EMPLOYEES ARE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! BEWARE! I will following up with the BBB, as well as an attorney. How can one crack a DIAMOND, but not damage the gold or band itself? They couldn’t even answer me that, they said and I quote “things happen.” I work from home, I do not do construction. Breaking a diamond is NEARLY impossible. Go spend your money else wear, I BEG of you. Do not be us. Back story they took a smaller diamond out of this ring and replaced it with the said diamond and that is when the diamond was cracked. WHICH IS WHERE THE INTENSE PRESSURE WOULD HAVE COME FROM TO CRACK THE DIAMOND during the setting process!!! TERRIBLE AND VERY DISHEARTENING!!!

Got my diamond ring appraised by a professional gemologist and when I told him what i paid for it, he said I got an excellent deal ad it got appraised for way more than I bought it for. Loved the integrity of the people and loved the personal service I got there!!!! They know me by name !!!

Which is disappointing for Stas since he should think about what he says online and how it can link back to his business. Timothy Hill: Kingsmark Jewelers took a fixed a ring that I’ve had for over 15 years. It lost a 10pt diamond 2 years ago and they were able to match up the shape of a replacement diamond, repair it so anll the other diamonds were tight and secure and returned it to me looking better than new! Had over to The Avenues Mall and visit Kingsmark Jewelers they are true craftsmen and their customer care is top notch! They easily deserve a 5 star rating!!!

Most places want to just upsell you something or sell you something new. Well, they will sell you something new if that’s what you want, but they are happy to help you with anything you want to do. In our case my wife had something special made for herself. I wouldn’t hesitate to do more business with them. They are really good folks.
