It lost a 10pt diamond 2 years ago and they were able to match up the shape of a replacement diamond, repair it so anll the other diamonds were tight and secure and returned it to me looking better than new! Had over to The Avenues Mall and visit Kingsmark Jewelers they are true craftsmen and their customer care is top notch! They easily deserve a 5 star rating!!!

I’ve had a rose gold linked watchband for over a year and had went to multiple jewelry stores to have adjusted and no one would do without shipping off for week or so. Kingsmark did it within minutes and for very little cost. Would highly recommend for your jewelry repair needs. Also had a very large variety of jewelry to select from for purchase.

Not only did he have the lowest price, he also had it done within an hour when everywhere else would have taken 3 weeks. 10/10 reccomend.

5 /5 Elton Kelley: Dropped off 2 watches for battery replacement. Then went to the food court for lunch. Before ordering lunch, received text message that the watches were ready for pickup. Fast, efficient service. For info, $20 per watch (standard fee).

10630390: My wife had 4 custom rings made by Premier Jewelers, see photo. We were very happy with the service we received and the rings are beautiful. The people there are so nice! Most places want to just upsell you something or sell you something new. Well, they will sell you something new if that’s what you want, but they are happy to help you with anything you want to do. In our case my wife had something special made for herself. I wouldn’t hesitate to do more business with them. They are really good folks.

MoonlitVoz: Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!

Essence Lopez: I contacted this gentleman to replace a Pave cluster with a single stone. I saw that he was a young minority man, and I was excited to work with them as I own several pieces of custom jewelry. After I made an appointment and had a consultation with him, he measured the stone I intended to put in my old setting and kind of just walked away. When I asked for next steps he said he would be in touch. After a week I gave him a call or rather a text, and was told at that time that he was still working on numbers. I waited an additional five days for reaching out again and was told that he was trying to get the price from $1100 to $700. I never heard from this gentleman again. I then took it to a jeweler in Oakleaf and they were able to do the job for about $350 in less than three days. Don’t waste your time here. Even if he had returned my inquiries, I would’ve paid over double then I was charged to have the work done.

After contacting them via IG, they handled the courier issue and sent an item to me, one month later. The item I received was not what I ordered. It was a completely different jacket. When asked about the item or refund, they ignored my request. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!!!

Ive been there many times, made purchases,and had repairs done, and the pricing and customer service are very inconsistent. My jeweler in Ny actually never even charged me for repairs, which I believe is a great way to retain loyal customers. Although we have negotiated decent deals in the past , there were a few times that Ive decided to purchase from other jewelers due to the high prices. They do have great inventory and can pretty much custom make anything.
