    j paskalov: Came in to look at the selection, and the owners were nice until I realized that I recognized them being in the Slavic community, and realized one of the owners was online saying slurs used against Ukrainian people. Which is disappointing for Stas since he should think about what he says online and how it can link back to his business. Due to this, I’ll be letting everyone who’s Ukrainian put their money elsewhere and not support this business. Wanna reply?

    Timothy Hill: Kingsmark Jewelers took a fixed a ring that I’ve had for over 15 years. It lost a 10pt diamond 2 years ago and they were able to match up the shape of a replacement diamond, repair it so anll the other diamonds were tight and secure and returned it to me looking better than new! Had over to The Avenues Mall and visit Kingsmark Jewelers they are true craftsmen and their customer care is top notch! They easily deserve a 5 star rating!!!

Most places want to just upsell you something or sell you something new. Well, they will sell you something new if that’s what you want, but they are happy to help you with anything you want to do. In our case my wife had something special made for herself. I wouldn’t hesitate to do more business with them. They are really good folks.

    MoonlitVoz: Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!

    Essence Lopez: I contacted this gentleman to replace a Pave cluster with a single stone. I saw that he was a young minority man, and I was excited to work with them as I own several pieces of custom jewelry. After I made an appointment and had a consultation with him, he measured the stone I intended to put in my old setting and kind of just walked away. When I asked for next steps he said he would be in touch. After a week I gave him a call or rather a text, and was told at that time that he was still working on numbers. I waited an additional five days for reaching out again and was told that he was trying to get the price from $1100 to $700. I never heard from this gentleman again. I then took it to a jeweler in Oakleaf and they were able to do the job for about $350 in less than three days. Don’t waste your time here. Even if he had returned my inquiries, I would’ve paid over double then I was charged to have the work done.
