    Sheldon Rozman: Incredible customer service! The team at Timeless were exceptionally knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with their selection of jewelry and timepieces… none of the run-of-the- mill stuff—rare, unique, and exquisite pieces! I appreciated that they didn’t carry the same cookie-cutter designs you see in other stores. Their art deco pieces are just incredible. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase, rather it was truly an experience. The owners are very personable and we sat for hours just talking and learning about the history of some of the pieces that caught our eye. I haven’t seen this level of customer service anywhere in the area and it was so refreshing to support local and family owned business.

    Katrina Pizano: I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to be resized. The rings were returned with the bands so thin and asymmetrical that I was worried about wearing them. They appeared to have been heated and stretched instead of resizing it properly. I brought them back, after calling the jeweler, and he said he would fix them. After a week, I went in to pick up and found my wedding band with sharp edges?! He polished it. The engagement ring band is wavy and dented! I was so angry I walked out without letting him touch them again. This shop may be fine for cleaning, battery replacement and maybe sales, but his workmanship is terrible. My WEDDING SET bands look totally different.

    Ruth Janvier: This jewelry store is absolutely incredible! If I’ve known about this place a few years back, I would’ve save myself money and some financial ripoff from other jewelry stores. So, I came to this store looking for a watch for my parents for the holidays. A worker named James was so helpful. He had a very kind and welcoming personality. Not only was I able to find a great deal for the watch that I came in for but I left purchasing two watches for literally an affordable price that I didn’t even think I would get. You definitely cannot go anywhere else and get service like this and a bargain out of this world. There’s also a variety of jewelry for everyone. I love it here!!!! Ten out of ten would recommend this store to a friend and I will definitely be back.
