1 /5 Katrina Pizano: I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to be resized. The rings were returned with the bands so thin and asymmetrical that I was worried about wearing them. They appeared to have been heated and stretched instead of resizing it properly. I brought them back, after calling the jeweler, and he said he would fix them. After a week, I went in to pick up and found my wedding band with sharp edges?! He polished it. The engagement ring band is wavy and dented! I was so angry I walked out without letting him touch them again. This shop may be fine for cleaning, battery replacement and maybe sales, but his workmanship is terrible. My WEDDING SET bands look totally different.

5 /5 Michael Miller: I brought a watch for repair and they fixed it while I waited, no more than 15 minutes. When I brought it back for a small adjustment there was no additional charge. The original repair cost was reasonable. They have an nice selection of jewelry and accessories. I give 5 start for service and integrity. They do need a sign out front as the place is small and a little hard to find.

Bettsy said it’s gonna take a couple of minutes and offered refreshments while I wait . At Aventura store takes an hours so I highly recommend go to Bal Harbor .

love music Halsall Padilla: My grandmother and mother shop at this jewelry store. I definitely became a customer to Ms. Santa’s shop. They have various selection of items they even do custom designs as well. They do have lay away plans available and are very convenient. Ms. Santa and her daughter are so sweet, kind, and are very knowledgeable about jewelry. And her husband and son are great at fixing any item that needs repairing. I broke my gold chain about 10 times last year and they were always patient with my crazy ass. But what I love about their jewelry selection is that I found some unique pieces that I have not seen anywhere else. I just finished purchasing my dream ring!!! It’s so cute and fancy. Take a look at my pinky ring with diamonds and a sapphire.

Melissa Butler: I purchased a top from Colies in May wore it once and handwashed it per the shirts washing instructions. The shirt got a rip at the seem and the cloth is very thin plus fraying so it cant be sewn up. I was back to Fernandina July 10th and took the shirt in to see if they could exchange it or what they would do. All the store clerk told me was their exchange/return policy was 14 day with a receipt and there was nothing she could do. She offered nothing else and did not even apologize. I was not trying to exchange because I did not like the top or it did not fit it was faulty garmet and I feel some type of exchange should have been honored.
