3 /5 Mandy Rivera: I think there’s new management now, as none of the same people I dealt with before were present when I decided to sell some jewelry. In the past, the pricing was very transparent and different prices were provided for 10k and 14k gold. I was always told the trading price for gold and the weight of my items. However, when I recently sold my gold it was all lumped together and the pricing was not nearly as transparent as my experiences with the older gentlemen I typically worked with. I don’t think I’d return, which is disappointing because I’ve sold many items here over the years.

Kevin was very knowledgeable, fair, and gave me his undivided attention. I would definitely go back to them for any jewelry needs whether purchasing, selling, or servicing.

Kevin and Mabel not only made sure I got exactly what I wanted, but they helped me understand everything along the way. They immediately responded to all of my questions and I never had to wonder if I was a priority. It is hard to imagine having a better team in your corner when making a purchase like this. They take all the stress out of the process and your satisfaction is all that matters. I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to come back here for any future needs.
