I returned to the store with clear, time-stamped photos taken inside the store on the day of purchase, proving the issue. Despite the evidence, I was told all sales are final and was offered only scrap gold value for the return then asked to pay full price for a replacement when back in stock. Completely unacceptable for a high-end item. “Final sale” should never apply to defective merchandise. The store takes no responsibility and provides terrible customer service. Shop here at your own risk—if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
