We went to Everglow because they do permanent jewelry, but they also do custom designs. We wanted a particular style of bracelet and Derrick was able to make exactly what we wanted, with our chosen diamond type and size, and in 14k yellow gold for my mom and 14k rose gold for me. We had an amazing experience getting our bracelets and taking photos, with special touches like rosé for each of us. It felt like we were doing this super exclusive and special thing, even though I can tell from other reviews they do this all the time. This is an atmosphere and experience I’d recommend to anyone. Nothing about the store or experience looks or feels “local,” yet it is, and supporting a Tampa small business and family makes it all even better. Derrick is just like a best friend you’ve had for forever. I can’t recommend enough!

Great service, had a sparking water while I shopped. I’ve never seen a jewelry store that is so trendy and understands what the client wants these days: delicate gold jewelry. I returned to the store with clear, time-stamped photos taken inside the store on the day of purchase, proving the issue. Despite the evidence, I was told all sales are final and was offered only scrap gold value for the return then asked to pay full price for a replacement when back in stock. Completely unacceptable for a high-end item. “Final sale” should never apply to defective merchandise. The store takes no responsibility and provides terrible customer service. Shop here at your own risk—if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
