1 /5 Alex Dovzhenko: The worst Bank of America branch. Any time you come here you waist hours waiting for help. No representative present to meet you at the entrance and help. Super understaffed. Only one banker is assisting clients. Honestly I don’t understand why this branch even exists, terrible experience. Avoid at all costs, don’t waist your time.
