5 /5 Erika Thibeau: Lydia and the staff at Piercing Pagoda were absolutely amazing! My daughter who is 4 decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. Lydia was so sweet, professional, personable, and I cannot thank her enough. She is definitely great with small children. She explained everything she was going to do and even let her draw on her glove before putting the marks on her ears. Yes, she cried a little bit but a lollipop and a new set of earrings instantly stopped the tears. Thank you so much for making this memory a delightful one. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Tina Mumley: I took my daughter to get her ears pierced at the mall and had such a great experience! The piercers were friendly and made her feel super comfortable. They even offered a double ear piercing, so both ears were done at the same time — which was perfect and really helped keep her calm. Everything was clean, professional, and done with care. So grateful for how kind and patient they were. Highly recommend!
