The office staff was great, even though we were a bit early and interrupted lunch but the big thing is what Cindy does. She took all of the prescriptions, put them into a program and evaluated each of 11 companies. Then, in dollars and cents showed us which would be the best for the next year. John Carrco: I contacted this company for my insurance needs. I was dealing with a woman named Donna. To say the least, the customer service she gives is beyond horrible. I emailed her and says went by and I had to keep following up. Weeks passed and contacted the local Bartow office. Left her messages. Every time Donna had an excuse of why she couldn’t call me back or that her work load is too much. It was 3 weeks by then and I still didn’t have a quote. I contacted another company same day and had insurance same day. I would not recommend using Donna her this company.
