Sure would have been nice of Moore & Moore to send out a "blanket" letter when this all started earlier this year letting people know not to panic or at the minimum explain what the process would entail. After all, most of us dont "sell insurance".

I finally got them on the phone and II asked to speak to my agent and was told he was on vacation., I had already left him several messages. I talked to one of the office people and was told I needed to call my insurance co. Bottom line they don’t care about their customers once you purchase insurance from them. Then las week I get an email asking if I wanted to renew my ins if my home was still standing. I would never recommend them.
