1 /5 Linda Jones: My home was totally destroyed from Hurricane Michael. I called agency numerous times and no one ever called back. I finally got them on the phone and II asked to speak to my agent and was told he was on vacation., I had already left him several messages. I talked to one of the office people and was told I needed to call my insurance co. Bottom line they don’t care about their customers once you purchase insurance from them. Then las week I get an email asking if I wanted to renew my ins if my home was still standing. I would never recommend them.

1 /5 Phillip Hight: I have a home that was damaged during Michael and I can’t get anyone to call me back from Hannon. I have tried phone, email, and even LinkedIn. It has been over a week. You would think that your insurance company would be there during the greatest time of need or at least have some information online.

1 /5 Noble Davidson: I was generally pleased with the support I received in quoting and binding my home policy until I received a letter in the mail a year later that my mortgage company put a lender policy in place at my expense. Hannon evidently had an employee leave and did not re-issue my policy the following year. When it was all understood what happened, they gladly quoted me a policy for 3x what I had previously been paying (due to lapse in coverage) and took no responsibility for what had happened - just that I should have noticed that the policy was not re-filed and called them. My mortgage payment is now $300/mo higher and I also had to pay $2500 for the lender placed policy. Insurance agents are generally all great at supporting you when you need to buy coverage - how they treat you when things go wrong is how you should judge them.

1 /5 Scott Weishaar: They are.non-responsive. I contacted them for home and auto policy rates, but after calling and emailing them multiple times, they never responded, so I took my business elsewhere.

5 /5 Paul Belkas: From the time you enter the door you are greeted with warm, sincere smiles. If you want to feel like youre visiting family you need to visit Hannon Insurance. We needed a Notary and they were very accommodating and gracious. If I lived in this area I would use them for all of my insurance needs..
