The kindest ladies resized two sentimental rings—one was a gift from their shop (at no charge) & a ring from my mom when I was a kid for just $30. They remembered my story and treated me with so much warmth. Amazing service and beautiful work!

I had a beautiful pendant made decades ago by a dear friend and it meant a lot to me. I was so sad and angry when it was stolen 6 years ago. (I tried to love a similar item ordered elsewhere, but it only worked as a place holder). My old friend was ultimately able to make a (probably one time) wax-like version. I brought it to the store and consulted with Carol & Roger and we kept in contact regularly. Roger made the sample from my friend into a stunning replacement pendant. It feels like the original to me. Carol went well out of her way to arrange for a pick up time. The pricing was fair. I’m a happy gal.
