5 /5 Rob Ferguson: Ive taken several pieces here for repair. Theyre awesome. Had a bracelet fixed once and when I got it back it looked so good I thought he gave me a new one. Had the bell on my dragon charm fixed today and its totally unnoticeable. Charged like 10 bucks to solder and better than new.

1 /5 Megan Barrera: Would leave negative stars if I could. Brought my engagement ring here to get resized, and they swapped out one of my diamonds for a fake diamond in the process. Never should’ve touched any diamonds in the first place. When I brought it back there and explained how I found out and they needed to make this right, they were not surprised whatsoever, and had an attitude with me the entire time. Told me they were “doing me a favor” by making this right, then tried to deny ever resizing my ring in the first place. Then chose to replace it with a smaller moissanite AGAIN, so I am still having to go elsewhere to purchase a real diamond. They stole from me, was mad I found out, put a fake in twice, and couldn’t even say sorry. The left is from a video before resizing (ignore the band underneath), and the right is from after. Highly dissapointed and will be telling everyone I know to stay away from here.

They treat you like family. The last big purchase I made here, I wanted a specific type of paperclip chain necklace, that they didn’t have in store so she special ordered it for me, and sold it to me at an amazing price. Money well spent here! Great prices and fast service on repairs and custom work too (I had an old yellow gold ring melted down and made into two separate small rings and they did it at a fraction of the price other places wanted and in a fraction of the time)! Love this place, would give it more stars if I could.

The knowledge the ladies at Miriam’s Jewelry has is breath taking. They understood what I needed to have done and what my goal was, keeping the integrity of the 100 year old history of the ring. Before I picked up my engagement ring, I came back and brought my David Yurman ring that had a cracked main stone (should have taken before pictures!) They helped me pick a new stone, gave me price quotes of a few different stones and ultimately was able to replace it with a gorgeous garnet, my birthstone. This DY ring has been sitting in my jewelry box for a few years because I didn’t know who would take on the task of replacing the stone. They made it so effortless. I am so happy with the turn out of both rings and was quoted a reasonable and fair price. I was truly thrilled because I was fixing these rings in a specific budget. Definitely go in if you want a custom piece, something fixed or you want to look at their incredible assortment. I could gush all day how amazing they are. Highly recommend!!!

He was really nice and answered questions and genuinely a fun appointment. I specifically asked for it to be shipped. He told me he could do it before I even made the appointment. He told me 7-10 business days to receive. He had a ton of finished orders in his studio that all looked really cool so I had no reason to distrust. July 2nd He messages me asking if I could drive back to pick up my order. I reminded him that I was supposed to have mine shipped. I re send my address and ask for a photo of them. I never receive a response July 9th I reach out again asking if he had a tracking number or rough estimate on deliver. Mail can be slow so I figured thats what was happening. I receive no response July 14th A friend of mine Is traveling to Jax and offered to pick them up. Maybe he got super busy who knows. I, again, reach out to him offering for my friend to grab them. I get no response. I was very honest about how this is something Id wanted for years, how I wanted them for my birthday that was coming up and that I had specifically traveled to Jacksonville FOR him. Its so weird and rude that Ive been getting no responses and I want my item or my money. Maybe something is going on with his personal life idk but untill he tightens his ship dont order from him. Hes mad talented but this is ridiculous
