Jay, and Kindred!!, were so friendly and fun to chat with! I got my rings cleaned while we were checking out the shop and we ordered a couple pairs of diamond earrings to have shipped to us since we wont be in the area long. Honestly, even though we dont live around here, we will most likely continue to do business here when we are able because we both loved our first experience so much!

Caution if you plan to use your watch as intended, be careful! Removed new battery, did not charge me.Took to another off ss blvd, for proper replacement and testing. Much more expensive but a proper repair.

Once I removed it, the stone started to wobble. On August 22, we went back to the store to have the stone secured. However, they refused to help, saying we didn’t have a warranty. Spending over $5,000 on a ring and not even being able to get assistance within the first year is a huge disappointment. We ended up going to Helzberg Diamonds, where we’ve never been denied help. The difference in service is night and day.
