    Mariclaire Fraboni: First time customer but I will definitely be back! I initially came in to get my antique heirloom engagement ring sized and appraised. The knowledge the ladies at Miriamā€™s Jewelry has is breath taking. They understood what I needed to have done and what my goal was, keeping the integrity of the 100 year old history of the ring. Before I picked up my engagement ring, I came back and brought my David Yurman ring that had a cracked main stone (should have taken before pictures!) They helped me pick a new stone, gave me price quotes of a few different stones and ultimately was able to replace it with a gorgeous garnet, my birthstone. This DY ring has been sitting in my jewelry box for a few years because I didnā€™t know who would take on the task of replacing the stone. They made it so effortless. I am so happy with the turn out of both rings and was quoted a reasonable and fair price. I was truly thrilled because I was fixing these rings in a specific budget. Definitely go in if you want a custom piece, something fixed or you want to look at their incredible assortment. I could gush all day how amazing they are. Highly recommend!!!

I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.

    Shydeenha Bruno: Honestly I picked this company because quite a few people online recommended him. I went in with an appointment on June 19th and had a fantastic time. He was really nice and answered questions and genuinely a fun appointment. I specifically asked for it to be shipped. He told me he could do it before I even made the appointment. He told me 7-10 business days to receive. He had a ton of finished orders in his studio that all looked really cool so I had no reason to distrust. July 2nd He messages me asking if I could drive back to pick up my order. I reminded him that I was supposed to have mine shipped. I re send my address and ask for a photo of them. I never receive a response July 9th I reach out again asking if he had a tracking number or rough estimate on deliver. Mail can be slow so I figured thats what was happening. I receive no response July 14th A friend of mine Is traveling to Jax and offered to pick them up. Maybe he got super busy who knows. I, again, reach out to him offering for my friend to grab them. I get no response. I was very honest about how this is something Id wanted for years, how I wanted them for my birthday that was coming up and that I had specifically traveled to Jacksonville FOR him. Its so weird and rude that Ive been getting no responses and I want my item or my money. Maybe something is going on with his personal life idk but untill he tightens his ship dont order from him. Hes mad talented but this is ridiculous

    Arthur Meusel: Dropped off omega seamaster for new battery , returned to pick up and asked about pressure testing for water resistance, she said no way and no guarantee, and no one in town that does... not true.... Caution if you plan to use your watch as intended, be careful! Removed new battery, did not charge me.Took to another off ss blvd, for proper replacement and testing. Much more expensive but a proper repair.
