Shawn Strickland Used to be a good insurance company. Now all they care about is continuing to take more money from you. I contacted this office a few months back for a re quote on my policy and the girl told me the rates were the same. Yesterday I was quoted a better policy with another insurance company and it is $109 cheaper. I called to cancel with Casandra who reassured me no payment from the now old company would be taken out and today it was taken out anyways. After further investigation - and a statement from Pearl Holding Group, she did not cancel my card on her end so that payments would stop and I will have to wait 2-3 weeks for a paper check! Not my first encounter with rude office people. Sad to see what was once a good company end up like this.

Keven Austin Used to have a standard full coverage policy for $89. Because I delivered pizzas, had to switch to a ridiculously priced commercial policy. Called a few few weeks ago to change back as I no longer deliver pizza, and was told commercial was cheaper. No time to debate, so Ill call back when I get settled in. Called today, explained the above situation was asked for my name and put on hold. A rude person going by the name of the business gets on the phone. Makes me repeat the whole story, then, asks what I need. I just told you. Now I am frustrated, didnt curse or anything unreasonable. Asked him to do his job and find me a policy (no one has bothered to do that today). He tells me I got up on the wrong side of the bed, i should do business elsewhere, and to go back to bed and try again. Then, hangs up on me. When they are taking your money, they are attentive. When you call for help you are bothering them. Ive been with this broker for 20 years with no problems, when it was Bob Brooks; Now as they change their name and the new owner runs the show I am nothing to them. Ill take his advice and move on, but not before I let all of you know how I was treated. If you are interested, Bob Brooks is now on Cassatt Avenue. As I am sitting in their office now, they are kind as ever. Chris gave me great advice telling me to go elsewhere, and I recommend Bob Brooks on Cassatt!

raven smith This company is ran by an Eliot a man and his daughter, who are scamming young people. They write policy with out confirming the coverage or even explaining the coverage. He lied on my policy and said I had things I did not to get the best rate he did give me coverage that meet my needs THE WORST PART IS HE STOLE FROM ME TOOK A PAYMENT THAT NEVER WENT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAN WHEN I tried to address it he block my number and threatened me with the policy as if I was in wrong ….
