3 /5 janet kingan: Not real thrilled with this custom job. Bent misshapen, and poorly soldered jump rings, fire scale all over, and tool marks from the flexishaft rotary tool. I was told it would be lasered, but laser soldering doesnt leave fire scale. Very poor workmanship, Three stars instead of one because they have some unique and pretty pieces. Just dont get any custom work done.

5 /5 Michael Steck: We visit Anna Marie every year and make it a point to stop in Shop. We have purchased several pieces from here and love the service. I bought a ring on our last day there and had it shipped to New York State. They did send it out at no extra cost. My Father was a Jeweler and treated customers like they do. We will keep going back. Super service and great people.

1 /5 S SS: Store hours on Google, the front door, and the voicemail that picks up says 10 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday. I spoke with someone today 7-13-22 and said I’d be there to pick up my ring, I asked what time you will be open until today. I was told 5 PM. At 4:23 the doors were shut lights off and I went out of my way for nothing. I don’t appreciate it. You need to stick to your hours, or adjust them on your voicemail, your front door, and Google. Thank you

5 /5 Mary Nell Sheridan: Excellent repair service for fine jewelry. I have purchased jewelry or had repair work done here for many years now. An excellent jeweler is in the store so repairs do not have to be sent out. My repair on my diamond ring was done in one day and I told him he was not charging enough for his work.
