1 /5 Online reviewer 2021: This agency is the worst and the employees Teresa and Amy are terrible. I did a home insurance with them, gave all the information ahead, including solar panels on the roof, they confirmed on the application and by email. And 2 months after I have my insurance canceled because I have solar panels, and they dont take any responsibility. What they offer is to do a new insurance that is 2 times more expensive. This office should stop operations immediately and fire all employees. Is a disgraceful place to continue operating.

5 /5 Crash Recovery & Towing, LLC: Like to give a big shout out to Joseph / Nick. From Brown & Brown inc. Not only did they get me a kick ass deal on my new ins. But after a meeting at the shop and seeing i was a race fan and driver. They hooked use up a heal of a trip to daytona. Never thought in a million years I would get to park 20 feet from were i set. Got the grand package. Seats on the top of the 500 club. Meet some really cool people. Made some new friends in the industry. Got to hang out in victory lane with some not so great drivers lol. But all in all was the best choice I have ever done. Thanks again guys.

1 /5 Sheryl Lee: Brown & Brown, f/k/a Heacock Insurance in Lakeland, FL is the most useless agency I have ever worked with. We have had our Homeowners Insurance thru them for 10 years and added our auto portfolio to them about 3 years ago. I’ve reached out numerous times asking the representative to shop both our auto & home policies for a better rate but the rep is totally inattentive and all I get are excuses. She really has no incentive to help me lower my premiums because higher premium = higher commission. We had auto, umbrella and RV insurance thru them. Today, I gave pulled my business and saved over $4000 annually!

1 /5 Mike L: They came to own the park across the street, but it is actually owned by the city who pays millions each year to maintain it. They enforce rediculous rules and dress codes. It is supposed to be a PUBLIC PLACE according to their lease for the property. Please don’t support these bigots.
