Got quotes and bound from Carl Mugglin at Brad Burns and was told southern fidelity would insure no problems. Got a cancellation notice soon afterwards from the insurance company. Carl was supposed to be getting me quotes for my house as well. Had to scramble for new policies again, but this time Carl decided not to respond. Never even gave me the quotes for my house. Called, emailed, multiple times, no response. Never followed up on the cancellations and never returned my calls.
