    Nancy Holman: Bill Green Jewelers has the worst customer service I have ever seen! My husband purchased an expensive bracelet for me there for Christmas. He bought it on 12/7/19 because he was going out of the country and would not return before Christmas. Charles Holt, the Assistant Manager, sold the bracelet to my husband knowing it was a Christmas present and assured my husband that I could return the bracelet if it was not what I wanted. Unfortunately, when I opened it on Christmas morning, I did not like it. I went back to the store on 12/30/19 and Charles Holt would not allow me to return the bracelet. He had the nerve to tell me that the return policy was only 15 days. Naturally, I am outraged!! This store has the worst possible customer service and they lie to their customers!! Buyer Beware.....Do not trust Bill Green Jewelers!!

Sean, Ari and Robert are just freakin’ awesome! Great people and outstanding Customer Service! There is also a young girl who works there, and I didn’t get her name UGH, she is so friendly and sweet!
