Got quotes and bound from Carl Mugglin at Brad Burns and was told southern fidelity would insure no problems. Got a cancellation notice soon afterwards from the insurance company. Carl was supposed to be getting me quotes for my house as well. Had to scramble for new policies again, but this time Carl decided not to respond. Never even gave me the quotes for my house. Called, emailed, multiple times, no response. Never followed up on the cancellations and never returned my calls. He could have just told me they didn’t have options for me, but instead he just ignored me. Not the way you want to be treated by an insurance company. I went over to Woodham insurance and they took care of me.

They cancelled my policy without me even knowing and caused me to have a lapse in coverage then wanted to quote my double the price to start my policy back up.
