Mandana was extremely helpful with setting up our accounts and making sure we had access to online banking prior to leaving her office. She was very responsive and knowledgeable & I would highly recommend reaching out to her for your banking needs.

1 /5 Shannon Morehead: We opened a business account here and left our money in it to grow. After being charged $10 a month for holding our money for us, after a year they started charging an additional dormant account fee because we werent making transactions with it. So were here now to close the account. We opened the account with cash and were just handed a money order for our funds. Our business is closed so we cannot cash this money order, and now were waiting in the lobby for the manager to approve us receiving the cash we put into our account versus the money order. I would not do business with this Bank again.
