Ryan Hines: Brought in a local ship wreck coin I was able to purchase from one of Mel fishers divers. I wanted to have the coin placed in a bezel so I could wear it. The entire crew there were very kind and professional. Randy was able to build a custom gold bezel that fit my coin perfectly (it is a oddly shaped coin). Price was great, turn around time was very fast, and he contacted me prior to it being complete to make sure I was happy with the entire lay out of the bezel. Highly recommended. Savannah: Absolutely awful. Worst customer service, good luck getting anyone to stick to what they say. When they say they “guarantee” a jewelry repair to be done in a certain time frame, they really mean they won’t do anything about it the whole time, avoid returning your phone calls asking about picking up your things, try to sell you a way overpriced replacement to make a quick buck off of you, and still try to get you to pay for a job that you no longer need them to do. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and common sense is beyond me. You are much better off going literally anywhere else.
