Mitchs Gold & Diamonds - Perry Savannah: Absolutely awful. Worst customer service, good luck getting anyone to stick to what they say. When they say they “guarantee” a jewelry repair to be done in a certain time frame, they really mean they won’t do anything about it the whole time, avoid returning your phone calls asking about picking up your things, try to sell you a way overpriced replacement to make a quick buck off of you, and still try to get you to pay for a job that you no longer need them to do. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and common sense is beyond me. You are much better off going literally anywhere else.
