1 /5 Madelline B: My husband recently got Gold teeth from Micky. He paid for 14K quality. After a few weeks one of the teeth fell out. He was curious and took the tooth to a Pawn Shop get tested. And the pawn shop guy told him he had 10K not 14K. My husband went back immediately to Micky and Micky told him it was a mistake of the person that made the tooth and that he was going to fix the mistake. The issue was resolved yes, but Im sharing my experience to make you aware to check your stuff. And if you have it on already you might want to have it checked. Also, the owner Micky is very rude. Hes not customer friendly. He even will encourage you to go somewhere else. He needs to be a bit friendlier and work on his customer service skills.

1 /5 Chrissy: I want there the first time to purchase a sliver Cuban link and there was a pleasant young lady that helped me with no problems with her customer service she made my decision easier to come back. So I decided to go back when I was looking for a gold Cuban link and the owner was there to help me and I paid the deposit and when I asked him is he going to put my layaway to the side like the lady did for my first purchase he said he got me. Then I went back the very next day to ask him if he had put it to the side and his words were “ you don’t trust me “ so I left. The day of pick up I brought my boyfriend with me and he saw me first and said we are about to close come back tomorrow and mind you they close at 7pm and we got to him at 6:05pm. Then when the owner saw my boyfriend he greeted him with a handshake and said okay I can help you but when he saw me it was we were close come back tomorrow. I will never shop with him again. He is so rude and he does not respect women.

Katrina Pizano: I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to be resized. The rings were returned with the bands so thin and asymmetrical that I was worried about wearing them. They appeared to have been heated and stretched instead of resizing it properly. I brought them back, after calling the jeweler, and he said he would fix them. After a week, I went in to pick up and found my wedding band with sharp edges?! He polished it. The engagement ring band is wavy and dented! I was so angry I walked out without letting him touch them again. This shop may be fine for cleaning, battery replacement and maybe sales, but his workmanship is terrible. My WEDDING SET bands look totally different.

Ruth Janvier: This jewelry store is absolutely incredible! If I’ve known about this place a few years back, I would’ve save myself money and some financial ripoff from other jewelry stores. So, I came to this store looking for a watch for my parents for the holidays. A worker named James was so helpful. He had a very kind and welcoming personality. Not only was I able to find a great deal for the watch that I came in for but I left purchasing two watches for literally an affordable price that I didn’t even think I would get. You definitely cannot go anywhere else and get service like this and a bargain out of this world. There’s also a variety of jewelry for everyone. I love it here!!!! Ten out of ten would recommend this store to a friend and I will definitely be back.

Mladen Glisovic: Went in to drop off my jewelry for the cleaning, and I was greeted by Bettsy. Usually I go to Aventura mall and take care of that there. Bettsy said it’s gonna take a couple of minutes and offered refreshments while I wait . At Aventura store takes an hours so I highly recommend go to Bal Harbor .
