5 /5 Marlo Martin: I initially visited Charles Jewelers to get earring posts put on my tiger eye roses. When I picked them up (they did a great job) I saw the most beautiful opal with diamonds ring in the case. I ended up deciding I had to give it some thought. So then the lady got out a tray of estate jewelry and I found a sapphire ring I loved. I bought the sapphires, picked up my earrings and left. But I couldn’t get the opal out of my mind, I went back to get it a couple of days later. Both times I spent time in this store all of the ladies I spoke with were super nice and we had great conversation about not only jewelry. I leave this store in a brighter mood than I entered with, I will definitely return (when I can justify to myself buying an opal necklace I saw).

2 /5 Pedro Alejandro: I took my Citizen garrison field watch in for a mineral crystal replacement. After waiting 3 weeks for the watch to be repaired. I received the watch back. However, Ive recently noticed that it is no longer waterproof as it fogs up on the inside now during rain. There are also small pieces of thread or shaved metal? I cant really tell but they are trapped inside the case now (see picture above the 9). This just leads me to believe that no air duster was used nor was it pressure tested afterwards. There is also a large scratch on the back of the case where you can tell whatever tool was used to open the case slipped. I wont be going back, Ill just take it somewhere else to get what this place missed, to be fixed.

5 /5 Lori: Our whole family has been going to Charles Jewelers for 15 years. Just recently bought a diamond cross for or newest granddaughter for her Christening. Our oldest granddaughter who is 13 now, got her ears pierced at the store when she was a year old. We have repaired many pieces of jewelry over the years and had many watch batteries replaced. Their service and prices can’t be beat.

5 /5 Claudia Boffa: Charles Jewelers are the best! I love going into this jewelry store and judging by the number of people that shop there I’m not alone. For a small family run business they have quite the following. I have used them numerous times for jewelry repair. I had a gold bangle bracelet that 2 jewelers “back home” said couldn’t be repaired. Their jeweler did a fine job with the repair. I have also had watches repaired and the prongs on my daughters engagement ring replaced. Top quality work. Honest and reasonably priced. And of course you can find the perfect piece of jewelry for yourself or your special someone! Highly recommend.

Larry Neely: Today, I went in to speak about an issue and pickup a repaired item. I spoke to a staff member who told me that my sales associate Denise was finishing up. She asked what it was about and I stated I need to speak to her about an issue I was upset about. Not only did she help me ( I didnt get her name) but Thorpe the security guard asked to help and even contacted Kim the manager for me. I did speak with Kim for quite a while, who listened and addressed my concerns. Kim, Denise and Thorpe are fantastic. Denise has helped my wife and I for years. Kim went way up and beyond to remedy the situation but most of all took the time to listen and validate my concerns. David Yurman has some great employees here. Kim has a great staff and you should definitely buy your David Yurman pieces here.

813 Jcuts (Your homeboy): I bought a 1500 dollar Cuban link the chain color turned horrible looks copper I went in to discuss my concern n they trying sake me a new one smh. Literary put another chain next to it the guy quickly didn’t know what to say won’t exchange unless I pay 600 dollars more. They think they going rip me off again. Instead of taking care of their costumers. I have bought for my kids n my self there multiple times n now this how they treating their costumers. Mind you I have took this chain before to clean and still same isue I even replace the clasp and is not even same color because the chain looks so bad. I don’t recommend people don’t waste your money here. Horible experience and my loss of 1500 dollars. Look at clasp color compare to chain pictures may not do justice but u can see even the ring next is same as clasp but chain is coper color

In the past, the pricing was very transparent and different prices were provided for 10k and 14k gold. I was always told the trading price for gold and the weight of my items. However, when I recently sold my gold it was all lumped together and the pricing was not nearly as transparent as my experiences with the older gentlemen I typically worked with. I don’t think I’d return, which is disappointing because I’ve sold many items here over the years.
